I had an amazing experience last week! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the place was spotless. Pia was especially helpful, she answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. I also purchased the Agency pants for a holiday party and absolutely loved them. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clothing but disappointing that there are no mirrors in fitting rooms. I’d have loved to know what the clothes I tried on looked like, but I didn’t feel comfortable checking myself out in front of men sitting in the fitting area.

I was looking for this basic shirt that I saw online but was not sure if was the one and was my first time at this location at Georgia usually I order online and I had a pleasure to meet Kat she is so kind, helpful, she patiently listening me with very positive and friendly was able to help me to get exactly what I was looking for and make my day.We did order online because was none at the store.When I come to pick up the shirts she recognized and was able to get my stuff with the same atittude a big smile and making me feel not just welcome but making me want to come back :)). Cleary she loves her job and care for the customers on her natural way. I am not a kind of person that give a reviews often but I have to do this one and make sure more people know about it and also to you Kat keep Shining, Babaton is blessed to have you.Thanks once again for everything and to make my day every time:)))).

Marina was so helpful today she spent so much time with me in the store helping me figure out what styles work for me and my body! She was really amazing.

Staff had a condescending tone and was rude and pushy. Was thinking about purchasing an item but the staff didn't give me any breathing room to think on my own and kept pressuring me to buy. Made me feel uncomfortable and felt like I was almost doing something wrong for not buying the item. I ended up leaving the store even though I liked the item I tried on.

I wanted to buy the coat from Wilfred, which was called The Holiday Coat and it was out of stock online, but when I was browsing at the Babaton Pacific Centre, I asked the two sales associates if they had it in-store and they said they can order it for me, I finally got it today and I was so happy, the coat was very nice! Thank you so much, I’m sorry I didn't catch their names, but if you are the sales associate who helped me and read this review, remember what order it was, just know that you all made my day! Thank you

Customer service is definitely not there. They’re happy to take your order and money but will never contact you to tell you your order has arrived. It was a special order being delivered to the store instead of my home. I had to contact and go into the store to find out if my order had arrived. I’m busy too but all you need to do is call and leave a message that my order has arrived or send an email. The sales associates are always chatting when I go in the store so they’re clearly not run off their feet! Don’t think I’ll shop at this location ever again. Say goodbye to your commission!

I recently shopped at the Babaton store in the Pacific Center Mall and had the best experience.I was assisted by style specialist Mary Tichelman, who helped me find the perfect fit of the strapless Eyecatcher dress. It was my first time in the store as I live in Los Angeles, and I was very impressed with the quality and fit of the brand. She also called around and helped locate a belt I wanted, which she found in my correct size at a nearby Aritzia store.The most amazing part of my experience that day, was realizing an hour later that I had lost a valuable diamond necklace that I had been wearing. When I frantically called the store, in the very unlikely chance it might be there- Karina, the store manager, located my necklace on the floor of my dressing room.Their kindness, honesty and professionalism really stood out to me as up and beyond and I was so very grateful.Thank you so much Babaton! I'm a forever customer now!

Salespeople don't respond to your “good morning, thank you, please”, they don't look at you when you're talking (they're doing something else.) They're unfriendly and I felt like I was bothering them, since I wanted to BUY their clothes!
