note that the new location on victoria dr does not accept walk-ins or have anything on display anymore. but the last time i got balloons back on kingsway, they were great and lasted a long time.

They appear to have a good selection of balloons, however was disappointed that my order didn’t match the colour scheme we agreed on and thus didn’t match my event’s theme (in different lighting and to everyone who saw the balloon). Their response was an apology that the colour didn’t appear right “to me” rather than owning up to the mismatch.

JC Balloon studio was fantastic to work with. They helped transform 2 conference booths and a party venue with beautiful and unique balloon creations that wowed our guests and lasted for day. I highly recommend their services and will definitely book with them again.

What a waste of money. Yesterday, First ballon we got was deflated in 30mins. So i had to drive back there for 40mins to get a replaced one. The replaced ballon got deflated after 3 hours again!!!!! and now the helium ballon is on the floor( it wasnt in the sun. its been in the garage whole time.) My party is today and im so frustrated i cant use it. I asked for refund and they said they cant do that. They didnt let me in, stood me outside, and asked cash only. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been ordering balloons from them for the last 5 years. Birthdays, anniversaries baby shower they are amazing. Always on time and follow directions the balloons look very nice and well taken care of. Always very impressive service & very reliable. Thank you :)
