Great selection of books and decorations for a good price. I loved strolling around looking at everything. Also their clothes were a reasonable price, would have bought some, but they I didn’t like the colors available for the pants I wanted. I give only 4 stars though as the girl at the cashier was absolutely unfriendly, it felt like she thought she was something better than I am, really weird vibe. I would still go there again though and hope for a friendlier cashier next time.

Banyen is a magical bookstore. The energy is warm and inviting. More than just books, but the book selection is amazing. New books, used books - books for hundreds of dollars, and books for just a few bucks. Pop in for a few minutes and just wander ... see what section, shelf, and title draws you in. I usually pop into one of the many great coffeeshops close by either before or after my visit to Banyen.

This bookstore is a whole experience! It has books of several topics and the decoration and environment invite you to stay and explore as much as possible. I love they have little stools next the shelf’s so you can use them for sitting while deciding over which book to buy, or even for reaching out higher shelves. I like as well that is mostly managed by women, and that you can find a lot of books and holistic items, tarot and oracles of all kinds and designs. Witchcraft and nature are other topics that surround the clients, women empowering, different religions and the relationship with nature. I highly recommend coming with time and well eaten because you will spend a lot of time exploring. Love it.

I took my GF here for some books and some new crystals.
Very nice setting in this store, as staff are overly helpful when you are there, inquiring if you need assistance or offering to help you find something.
So many books of a wide variety, so we spent about an hour here looking thru so many different books.
We will definitely be returning to this location when we have the time to spend looking about and enjoying the store itself.

This place has a very special atmosphere. When I’m having a particularly hard day, I will come browse the books. It is calming, quiet, and spiritual. The staff are also very soft spoken and nice people. They carry mostly iterations of spiritual self-help, but they do carry fiction, children’s, cookbooks, poetry, and non-fiction as well… but all are so carefully selected. Thanks.

Great selection of gifts and books. Lots of discounted books as well.
