Masoud helped me purchase and get delivered a new dryer. He was fabulous throughout the process. Very thorough, and had answers to all my questions. I ended up having to call the customer support line to change delivery details, which was useless and a waste of time. But when I went back to store and talked to Masoud again, he dealt with it right away. The five stars here is for him.

Absolutely disgusted by their management. Received a call back from this location (Cambie) yesterday regarding a mobile phone deal which they specifically said would not expire until this Saturday. Was super excited and decided to forego deal from own mobile carrier in order to do business with best buy Got there after work on Friday, ready to buy 2 phones, then just to have their staff claim that deal expired. I told them someone from their store had given me the information that the deal would not expire until Saturday. The manager came by and they glanced at there monitor for 2 seconds and claimed that they have record of all out going calls and i wasn't there. Well i have record of all calls on my phone also and i received one from Best Buy. Also on the online form, i had specifically request call back from this location. They said maybe it was a different best buy location and they would not be able to honor the deal unless i was on their fictitious call log. But then they said the best they could do is offer me a lesser deal. Now i know they were covering up the fact they either have poor training (whoever called me had wrong information) OR BAIT and SWITCH. Get you in (somewhat commited since you already drove through tons of traffic and paid for 2 hour of parking) and then offer you a lesser deal so they can make more money off you. Clearly the manager can override and give out the original promised deal but he chose not to and instead chose to lie and say it can be honored only if your name shows up on their call log. Terrible customer service and what a waste of time.

Best buy Cambie staffs and geek squad staffs are amazing, they are very helpful and doing their jobs above and beyond. The guy name is Gurleen or Gurlean is very nice to us and extremely very helpful, i think he is the Manager onsite and on the Mobile sales desk and Odaib from Geek Squad is super amazing as well, he helps us on everything we need on the items that we recently bought. We will definitely go back to this store. 5 stars for you guys at Best Buy Cambie branch.

Updated Review: BestBuy constantly fails me when I try to buy online. I successfully place an order, then 2-3 days later, I get an email saying it was cancelled due to some security verification issue. This has happened twice. My card and details work on every other retailer, so I'm simply not spending my time or money at BestBuy anymore.Also, I've tried contacting support and they can't do anything or explain the issue - it's just generic so everyone is way better off buying on Amazon.

Don't buy your laptop from this I have bought a laptop there and asked for 2tb memory card to be installed there it's been 2 days they have not answered any of my calls. The support operator desk told me they will give a call back regarding to what and how I can get my laptop in 48! Hours! ... So regretting ever going there! They have no respect for the customers time and the service obviously is terrible!

The best service ever. All of the employees are particularly helpful and understanding of every aspect that ensures a great purchase experience. Special shout-out to Gagan And Chirag. These guys were so patient with us and had excellent knowledge of the product and services. Advised us to the best of their ability.

The worst service !!!Your employees are absolutely useless.3 scenarios :Either you wait and wait while employees are gathering in other departments , I was standing for 30 minutes in the speaker / Soundbar department without anyone being there to help .Or someone is trying to help and sell you something completely different than what you sakes for . If I come in and know what I want to buy I don’t need an employee to convince me that a different product is better ( this happened when buying SD cards ) I knew exactly what I wanted to buy but the employee kept repeating that I don’t need a high end sd card and I should buy a less quality one . I ended up buying nothing from Best Buy and bought in on Amazon instead .3rd scenario employees bothering you when told them they can’t help you anymore and you just need some time to make a decision.Most of the time they have zero clue about the products your selling , get some educated employees and pay them a fair wage so they are actually willing to provide proper service

Extremely slow service. Ensure you give yourself extra time when making an appointment at geek squad. Ended up not being able to fix the computer, and locating it and processing the refund took 45 minutes.They were however able to save all of the information onto a flash drive, and issued a refund, which was appreciated.

Today we were at best buy looking for a accurate color monitor for our design needs, Behnam provided amazing service, shared his professional knowledge of monitor and patiently introduced couple monitors to us. We chose the best suitable monitor for us and also within our budget. We have never had amazing experience like this in any other BestBuy locations.

The cashier's name is Aimee. She asked me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed. I said 'printed'. A few seconds later, I realized that I wanted both printed and emailed, so I asked her if I could have both. Then, her co-worker behind her laughed, and said condescendingly, "It's too late, that's why we asked you earlier." What was so funny? Her attitude was juvenile and we were shocked that Best Buy would hire someone so immature to serve customers.P.S. The receipt states "Free Apple Subs" but we did not get anything that was free.

Staff seemed cold and disconnected. Answered my questions with a suspicious expression. And then one of the staff kept circling around me while i was looking at watches. I guess i need to start wearing suits and ties and maybe look european or chinese to be welcomed. Totally unprofessional. Good job Best Buy Cambie. You just lost a potential customer, thanks to your unprofessional out of touch staff. NOT COOL!

Waited 30 minutes for a store associate. On a Tuesday morning at 11am when the place is quiet and at most 3 other customers on the floor. I associate came but said he doesn't know anything about smart homes and he'll get someone to help me. Nobody came. I guess I'll buy my stuff on Amazon

Absolutely horrendous. We bought a brand new dyson vacuum from this location today and when we got home and unboxed it, it was clearly used and NOT new. There were hairs in the box and on the vacuum, and the vacuum itself had scuffs on it. Then, to top it all off, after charging the unit the red indicator light came on indicating that the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. Selling a used item as new is an appalling and unethical business practice. But selling a FAULTY previously used item as new is absolutely abhorrent. We will be returning to the store tomorrow to get a full refund, and we better get it. This will be the last penny I ever spend at any best buy location. Period.
