Bought a Nintendo switch game from this place less than a week ago as a gift for my nephew, come to find out I had bought him the wrong one. I called up their customer service line and spoke to a rep who told me I would be able to exchange the game with no problem even though we had opened it out of the clear plastic. We came back to exchange the game and the worker said no. She showed me the policy with opened games, and I understand policy is policy, but you guys need to do something about your customer service centres because why on earth are they giving out the wrong information to customers. My nephew had to go through a rollercoaster of emotions during this. Poor boy. Shame on you Best Buy!! Best of luck keeping any loyal customers! Such a let down.

Was recently in a Best Buy. Wanted to ask if a specific product was in stock but had to wait for 10 mins. for anyone to come around. Just to be clear, there were more staff than customers in the store at the time. It's not the first time that I've had a bad experience in regards to customer service but I'll just buy on line.

Staffs may be nice and helpful when you want to make a purchase. However, when I found out a problem with the original order and had to go back to have it fixed, they would push the job to other staff(s). Later I found out that they simply didn't know how to correct the order (void / cancel / re-order / re-book delivery, etc.). All that was left for the only store manager to do. Best Buy outsouces their haul away and delivery of appliances to third contractors, those contractors were a nightmare to deal with too. They all tried to give different excuses not to do their job (the appliance was too big, too heavy, the staircase is too narrow/too tight/too many steps, it's not on my job order, the previous contractor didn't finish his job so they couldn't do their job, etc.) I would never purchase large appliances from Best Buy ever again. I'd rather buy from smaller business that the owner takes care of the entire purchase process.

We bought a mini instax 12 from afternoon the day before for my sister’s gift, but she doesn’t like the style so I have to return it, in a next day. The lady in cashier with rude, lazy, slack and take mincing steps, even I told her I am in the rush for work. And she told me about Best Buy policy that everything after purchased, even you didn’t break the wrap, the cover of things, you just open the box, and that it, you lost 15% of your refundable, even you just open-the-outside-box, everyone keep in mine this policy! When ever we buy things from them, usually they just tell us about 30days returns, or buy extra money for the coverage/ the protection plan, but no one say anything about 15% money lost when we want to refund, of course! Also, if you paid by apple pay, you still can get the refund through tap from phone, but she said to me that they cannot refund through tap my phone. Ridiculous!
When I so mad and she called her manager came to complete the refund for me but their attitude so rude. Even I can get the full refundable through tap my phone please lazy lady. Worst customer service.
One more thing, I really take care of the outside box of the instax camera, we just open the box and keep all the wraps with the papers cover still new and untouch, but when the lady open my box, she tear the paper wrap, break the plastic cover of the battery to check??? tried to make a mess so I cannot refund?, the showed me her rude attitude and said “does anyone tell you that YOU CANNOT HAVE THE FULL REFUND BECAUSE YOU OPEN THE BOX SO WE WILL TAKE 15% FROM YOUR REFUND?” Haha excuse me, if you guys tell customers about this policy, I believe that nobody wants to buy anythings from best buy, the hide scam!
Forgot her name, but I will come again to see and update this capricious lady.

My boyfriend and I visited Geek Squad for the first time to get some assistance on the vacuum cleaner we got month ago, and our experience was far from satisfactory. We were initially attended by Jonathan, who asked us a few questions and then told us to wait for someone else to help. I was sitting on a chair in front of him, and when another customer arrived, Jonathan rudely said, “Can you get off the seat? I’m helping the next person.” I was shocked by his rude behavior. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t familiar with their process, and he could have politely explained the situation instead of being disrespectful.
Later, another staff member came to look at our vacuum cleaner issue. We had purchased a 7-year warranty plan, and he mentioned that they would try to repair it first and if that didn’t work, we could get a gift card refund. However, we didn’t want a refund; we wanted a replacement. He claimed that a replacement wasn’t an option, but the terms online clearly state that it is. Additionally, he said that using the warranty plan for this repair would mean we couldn’t use it again, contradicting what we were told when we bought it—that it covers repairs for 7 years.
I’m deeply disappointed with the misinformation and the rude service. We won’t visit this store again.

Very poor service. Bought a portable a/c and had a part missing when compared to the pamphlet given. Went back to the store to inquire. Lots of sales persons around but not willing to help. Waited for a long time and left in disgust. Have been with them for close to 14 years, getting all my electronics here, but this is the limit.

I came here to buy a Pixel 8 that’s being discounted by Google across all retailers and comes with a free Pixel Watch. They were advertising this offer. Took them 35 minutes to find the items and then gave up after another 25 minutes of them trying to get it to show up on the register as offered, I gave up because I was already late for something else (expecting this to take maybe 15 minutes). Such a frustrating experience.

I don’t wonder why there’s so many bad reviews in this location. Honestly their employees and services are the worst. Worst experience ever. Bought a phone and they just included the best buy membership without explaining terms and conditions even I just wanted the protection plan and they set my card for auto payment each month and this is absolutely ridiculous that the employees told that you can cancel anytime but next day they are not cancelling it, tried online tried talking in store and they just refused and still charging for the rest of the year whatever whole amount is even if cancelled. Totally unfair!! Frauds

I don’t wonder why there’s so many bad reviews in this location. Honestly their employees and services are the worst. “Customer Service” but doesn’t care about customer! Unapproachable and unprofessional. Smiling a little isn’t hard. Make your customer happy so they can come back to your store..
