The worst banking experience ever. Making you go to a branch personally like it’s 1910, then have to wait 20 plus minutes for a task that could be done in 5 and then it’s still not done properly!Awful service, never ever doing this again if I get the choice.

I had a meeting with a personal banker 4 weeks ago to discuss options with finances and since then, all communication has hit a black hole. At the end of the meeting, I was asked by this banker to send an email in a few days to remind the her about my case. 4 weeks later, I have had no communication back after leaving a few voice messages as well as emails. Seeing as this is how they chose to do business at this branch, I'll never be back and will be using another branch elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed by their sheer lack of professionalism or concern for their clients.

Yesterday I went there to cancel my credit card. I know that I can handle it with my cell phone but my phone is broken from my vacation. I asked to one lady and she asked me back about the reason that I cancel. I said 'I have another credit card so I dont use it at all'. She said 'Okay' and she call to the BMO. At that time I heard that what she said. She was explaining 'He has low balance in his account. seems like he want to use the money that holding in his account for the credit card'She was looking at me with full of doubt.I was using this bank about 10 years and even the money that holding in my account is my money too I dont know why I have to take this kind of humiliation.I know her name and If youu guys asking me I can answer who was itThanks

I went to three bmos tonight to try to deposit money, 2 two were locked, the third one was opened but the machine rejected my money which I got from a bmo bank a few days ago.

Coming to this branch is a waste of time.I was offered a product and told I would get an online form to sign. It had the wrong name on it. I contacted them over the phone and came in-person. They said they could not help me change the name and that it didn't matter because the account number, my name and signature matched. They did not. That was the problem. Then they said I "could just decline the offer, it's up to you". How is my bank not willing to help me or fix a form and instead tells me to basically "go away"?!? It's probably time to take my business elsewhere. BMO customer service is very inconsistent. I used to recommend BMO to friends coming to Canada. Now, I don't.

The BMO has just wasted my time since I started my business with them, lots of my friends have closed their account with BMO and moved to RBC or TD.I've been trying to close my account since 2 weeks ago and they have been trying to waste my time and everytime they ask me to come next week. Worst bank ever. They don't deserve even 1 star

Worst customer service at this branch. You never know who is the manager of this branch. Very unprofessional staff Some are rude and helpless. They shouldn't even work as a teller. Other banks will help you while you are waiting. I Hope BMO finds a responsible manager for this branch and hires sharp and responsible staff.

BMO is probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with. This place isn't even deserving of 1 star.If you want to cancel your credit card or pretty much do anything with your account (other than paying or checking your balance) you have to call or go into the branch. Even if it's something as simple as an account unlockIf you call in and if you can even get to the queue (sometimes it will just say the queue is full and hang up on you) it is always a 2 hour plus wait, and has been all year long. You'd think for one of the main banks of Canada they'd at least have a callback feature.If you try to go to the branch, it's pretty much the same deal with a massive lineup each time that is always over an hour wait. Likely due their awful wait times.As a consumer this is completely unacceptable to have to wait this long. I was just going to cancel my credit card only and keep just my line of credit open but have decided to cancel everything.. on my TD accounts I've never had to wait longer than a minute.
