We used Briers for staging recently to sell an estate property. They were extremely professional and delivered the furniture with care--abiding by the numerous strata regulations--into the freshly painted suite without even a smudge on the walls. The property was on the market for ten months and they gave us a very fair rate and were a pleasure to deal with on all levels. Kind and hardworking people, I fully recommend them!

What a fantastic little store! We purchased a table and chairs after a really disappointing experience from one of the other furniture stores on the Granville Rise. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Nicole to place an order and from Cherie when we needed some help after the table was delivered with a bit of damage (things happen, nobody's fault - it was exchanged hassle free with an undamaged table less than 1 week later). We also really appreciate the delivery estimates being accurate - our table was ordered in March but on backorder and it arrived in mid July, just like we were told! I'd look here first before I shop anywhere else in Vancouver.

I can't in good conscience give them anything less than 5 stars, as they truly went above and beyond.I bought a made to order couch from them initially, but even after measuring openings before hand when the couch arrived it was about 1 inch too big, and forcing it wasn't an option.They didn't charge me anything (not for the couch or delivery) and offered to get me a new couch, which I accepted. I ended up getting sectionals which were a bit more pricey (I only paid the difference), and then they delivered those when they were ready.It would have been way more stressful to get a couch if it wasn't for all the support I received from all the great people working here. Very thankful, and can't recommend them enough.P.S. they also offered to loan me a couch after my first couch, while I waited for the next couch to be ready. I didn't take the offer, but have faith it would have been a nice couch if I had.

We are thrilled and thoroughly satisfied with the couch we purchased through Briers! Brendan was a fantastic salesperson to work with, making the experience entertaining with a genuine personal touch. The couch itself is top quality and feels like it’s going to last as long as we could want it to. Cushions are thick and supportive but soft and inviting. We’d buy through Briers again, no hesitation.

Briers is an amazing store run by considerate kind and attentive people. I have shopped there on more than one occasion. Recently I had a problem and David got right on it. He was determined to find a solution and he did. Nothing was too much trouble as he literally contacted people around the world to make things right… at the same time giving me constant updates.The results speak for themselves and I can’t wait to go back and shop again.
