I've used Britannia Agencies for my auto insurance for as long as I can remember. And I've always been happy with them. They are excellent and the staff has always been nice. Today I was helped by Tommy who was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, and renewed my auto insurance for another year.

Still new to the car scene in BC just bought a car and Aman was extremely helpful she walked me through everything from the transfer papers to setting up my insurance and thoroughly explained all the details for my car insurance. I know my dad and family all come here for insurance it’s a great establishment with world class service. Thank you so much Aman you were great help!!

Worst insurance place I’ve been to. Old Indian lady will not help me fill transfer papers and was super rude. I asked another agent to help me. He kindly agreed to help fill papers. Old Indian lady over heard him helping me and insisted for me to leave and and go some where else. I was super annoyed and will never return. I left with a sour feeling. I went to another insurance place and they gladly helped me fill out transfer forms with a smile.

My husband and I moved our car from Ontario to BC recently. Victor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain different options and coverage. The experience was transparent and I would highly recommend him to anyone who had dreadful experience with insurance brokers before!

Due to covid we did not receive renewl notice. Mr. VICTOR refused to do our renewal and told us to go elsewhere. Which is fine, we did not have a problem getting insurance from a different company. But he went and RATTED to our landlord that we did not have insurance. How unprofessional for VICTOR to ratted on us. Seems like he hasnt graduated preschool yet. Poor quality of human being.

wanted an extra $5 because i didn't have original copy of my autoplan (brought in a photocopy) despite already confirming my policy by looking up my DL#...said has to call icbc to confirm, comes back a minute later (not exaggerating) and asked for $28 extra (on top of plate transfer)...so I went to another broker 10 min later who helped complete it free of charge and did not throw in fees blatantly made up on the spot...i'm ashamed the neighborhood insurance shop has decide to pull this on someone who's been coming here for 23 years

The services is OK, sometimes you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes... But their customer service is not professional and friendly. They act like we need them or something, and trust me we all hate the over priced monopoly ICBC. And watch out for that old Indian woman, she got triggered easily.
