Replaced the manifold gasket and spark plugs on a jeep jk. Staff kept in touch to let me know what was going on and got the job done quickly. We are please with the service provided.

They cared to hear the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. Gave great insight into the problem and asked for approval to move forward with the repair. When I picked up the car, they even shared how they were able to save me a few dollars.

Terrible service and deserve ZERO stars. I booked an appt five days prior and they called me the morning of to cancel. Their reasoning was they have bigger jobs that came up that day. I asked for an appt the next day and they said they were booked and offered next week. Given it's an exterior light safety issue and I already waited 5 days I declined. I will be contacting head office as this is not how you treat customers who booked in good faith. Unless you are paying thousands of dollars do not count on them delivering their promised appt.

After having our catalytic inverter stolen while visiting Vancouver Boris went above & beyond with his customer service to get us in & our car worked on. We were treated with professionalism & courtesy & Renato even stayed late to make sure we were able to get home as needed. We would highly recommend this shop at 790 SW Marine Dr…a very unfortunate incident was turned into a positive experience..kudos to Boris who put a smile on our face & Renato who got us on the road..so very grateful..thank you ..?????

THEY DESTROYED my rotors! After machining them too thin, they were deemed useless! Their second shop on 2nd avenue replaced them with a discount at least.
STAY AWAY from these people! At the end of the day, I am pretty sure my original rotors were fine! They were serviced at the dealership six months prior! Silly me for accepting their proposed work. Wasted over $600! The real brake work I needed was the rear brakes - which they didnt inspect after charging me $40 - I had to ask them to inspect them !
They are sloppy, dont test drive (if they did, I wouldnt have gone to their branch store on 2nd ave store the day after to fix their error), they leave customer carkeys on the counter without tags for anyone to take.
These people seems to be the type of mechanics, you tell them you feel there is an engine issue, and they blindly go ahead and replace the engine and charge the customer $$$.
Do a favour, Vancouver is HUGE. There are better places to spend your money!
Edit: You see the response. It is a full lie, they offered up front the machining of rotors. I asked about replacement rotors, and let me decide. I am not mechanic. They should have never offered to machine rotors when rotors ended up being UNSAFE.
DO A FAVOUR, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! YOUR LIFE WILL GET HARMED IF YOU REPAIR HERE!!!!

Went to Budget on SW Marine to have an exhaust pipe welded. Scott send they would do an "inspection." I naturally thought he meant the exhaust system. Scott opens the hood, looks at the motor and then lifted the car up. Scott said the exhaust system was shot and the pipe was too rotten to weld. Scott wanted $1000 for a new system. I decided to go to Muffler Man in Burnaby. Scott then charged me $40 to "inspect" the motor. That's not what I asked for. Muffler Man welded the pipe for $30. The entire system is still good 16 months later. I would never go back to Scott. When I see him on TV during the hockey game I am reminded of his deceptive tactics. Never go there.

Came with a big list of things to accomplish and check om. They were so honest! They explained which items were necessary, which were helpful but not necessary, and which were completely irrelevant. Spoke with Boris the whole time and he was able to explain everything fully and answered all my questions. Never going anywhere else

Have been taking my car to this location for a couple of years. Great customer service, fair pricing, fast appointments and repairs. It's the only place I'll take my vehicle for maintenance and repairs, highly recommended!
