Very confusing sign and no clear indication of towing and I still got towed in downtown where I parked for 1 hour. I had to pay 240$ to get the car. š¢

I have dealt with them on multiple occasions. I donāt blame them, itās the City. I also used them to tow my car once, the driver was nice and professional. I mean itās not a nice working environment to face upset customers all the time.

Towing my car after just received a ticket within mins, what a āGeniusā, sounds like easiest business ever, ridiculous charge on the bill, what a big scam company, and the most ridiculous thing is city still use them.
