When I came in they said they don’t open until 12pm! They choose their hours daily and don’t follow the hours posted here

Unfortunately a very bad experience here. I was looking to send a parcel to Australia and was told it would be $26, no other information was provided. When I asked if it was tracked, he said no, and that tracking was $80. I couldn't afford the $80, so went for the $26 because he implied it was my only option. Days later, when I went online I found out he had not provided the correct info at all - there were multiple options between those two, and the $26 one meant that it was going by boat and would take 2-3 months!!! He never expressed any of this to me, and now because it has no tracking and is already in transit, there is no way to do anything about it. I would HIGHLY advise going somewhere else, or not even using Canada Post, because their customer service was very unhelpful when I explained the issue to them.

Perhaps because the owner is Korean, he handles everything thoroughly and thoroughly. So I only go to the post office here.
