Simplii customer here. ATM jammed and didn't spit back out the bills or credit my account correctly. Branch staff said they'd look into it, but haven't heard any updates from the branch staff and can't call in or get them to return my messages.Called Simplii and they resolved it immediately. Take your banking out of CIBC because they don't care!

Kudos goes out to one of the bank’s Financial Services Representative, Mr. Owais Khan, who helped me out all the way in my account inquiries and change. I would highly recommend him and hopefully become my account adviser and laud CIBC for having an adviser like him.

Unprofessional, useless, and utterly disappointing customer service by Sheela. I don’t even know why this branch exists, because they could not help us, and they kept trying to make us call the different departments even though we already called them. DO NOT go to this branch, go to the Kingsway branch because they were able to help us.

Our money is blocked in this branch and they weren’t helpful at all! We have been to this branch so many times for releasing our money but they didn’t help! The’ve been tossing us around to call other departments while it was their responsibility to call them! They don’t even know how the procedures work in the banking system!Now they don’t reply to calls or emails! We’ve been struggling with this issue since August, almost 7 months!!!!! Our money has been blocked for 7 months and they are not following up internally to help us releasing it!!!

This is a bad branch I have never been back. The manager is so bad, impolite, so rude. I asked for help to print out the statement because I could not open it on online banking, but his attitude was so rude, he did not want to help, he tried to tell his staffs to stop helping while they were helping me, I just wanted to ask, but he tried to kick me out. I will never be back to this branch if he’s still working there. Will give zero star if it’s existing
