Not a criticism specific to this store, but to Apple in general: lack of access to phone or online support when the hard drive of my old Mac won’t erase. Or are people expected to bring in their old computers for recycling with all of their info still on it?
Wouldn’t be posting this here if I saw any other options to let Apple know this is a problem.”
“I just went in to troubleshoot a soundbar I bought earlier that had a problem. I spoke with Justin and Daksh and they were both very patient and kind with their time. “I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff at the Broadway store for their expertise and support. They went above and beyond. I have bought lap tops here before snd always had great service. This time I did not expect to buy a new lap top before the new year. This unexpected expense meant I had a limited budget. The manager and staff worked with me to make sure they found something in my budget range and which met my computer needs also. After I got home I couldn’t get a few things to work and they told me to come back in and helped me to solve the problem. They were not only professional but compassionate knowing how stressed I was suddenly losing my computer right before the holidays. I will always go back here. I can’t recommend them enough.”
