Love the interior design and setup of the store, really captures that cos + gastown aesthetic! Grabbed a few t-shirts and fell in love instantly, went to purchase, and had an amazing sweet conversation with Summer! They had lots of charisma and energy. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re ever in the area 🤘🏻

Agree with many of the past posts .. customer service at Robson is really bad which is due to inexperienced staff who were not trained and VERY POOR management. Managers treat staff poorly and role model bad customer service themselves. I was there today .. found stain on clothing and they refuse to give a damage discount or offer some sort of solution. Next to me a lady wanted to speak to the manager and after waiting for 10 mins, was told he doesn’t want to speak to her. For what you pay at COS you would expect wayyy better especially given the competition on that block.

Super friendly SAs who were patient with us even though we only arrived 15 minutes before they closed. (Basically ran all the way from their Robson location to get there before closing.)

Staff are very stylish especially an Asian guy who obviously spent sometime to style himself before work, unfortunately didn’t have a chance to get his name. He was also very helpful and friendly.
