I received a 250ml bottle of the Christian Dior "Lucky" about a year ago as a gift. I love the fragrance. Unfortunately the atomizer stopped working half way through the bottle. I am unable to open it or spray it. I called Dior customer service and they were unwilling to help. I have photos and video to prove it doesn't work. My expectation when purchasing a luxury product at over $500, that the company would stand behind it. Apparently not.

We had a lovely experience here on Sept 19th at 635pm. James Xu was our associate.
After a rude and appalling experience at Louis Vuitton, we were so glad to have met James who provided us with wonderful, warm, and efficient customer service.
We bought a lovely black bag for my mom, thanks to his help.
We will definitely be back again :)

My partner and I visited Dior a couple of months ago and we received above and beyond customer service from a sales specialist named Manbi. Although we didn’t end up finding what we were looking for, she was very welcoming, knowledgable, attentive, kind, and never pressured us into having to make a purchase. Thank you so much Manbi!

I called the store to get a sales associate to send my dog bag away for repair and she told me it wasn’t repairable and stopped replying to my messages but I take it to the Vegas store and they sent it away immediately.
I would prefer to shop in the USA, even though it’s more money, Customer service means nothing to these companies

I had a wonderful experience at this Dior boutique! As someone who can be indecisive at times, James was very patient with me. He answered all the questions I had in regards to the leather and material of the item I was looking at. I never felt rushed and was able to find my perfect micro D-joy!

Every time we come, we get amazing service and treated so wonderfully. I feel guilty that the employees unwrap everything to show me, but they’re always very helpful and happy to give me an awesome shopping experience. Lots of products available, and even a ton in their back stock room that aren’t on the floor.

I'm really speechless. This store is super bad. All the salespeople were chatting when we entered. A woman came up to us and asked us what we wanted to see. She didn't have a very specific purpose. She just wanted to browse and asked to see a bag. She rolled her eyes at us. We didn't want to. The service doesn’t need to be so aggressive, we can just watch it ourselves, thank you?, oh yes, you know we are Chinese, but we are still speaking your broken English haha

Halina is amazing. She’s so professional and helpful. The customer service from everyone in the store is great. The store is beautiful and clean. Halina introduced herself and we were offered water. When she was grabbing an item for us another associate made sure to check if we’ve already been helped yet and if we needed water as well. Halina showed us the item and made sure we were satisfied with and wrapped it beautifully
