Bought some foam for my couch, they explained that it prob wouldn't work the way I thought. I bought a sample piece and tried, thankfully my situation worked and went back to buy my whole order. They educated, didnt try to over sell, order came fast and accurate. Not a bad thing to say, if you need foam dont walk, run to discount foam.

Many reasons this business is the best in town:- very friendly and kind- superior knowledge of foam products and foam industry -- will offer many options depending on your needs- great problem-solving for tricky projects- treats every customer with respect and patience, making sure they have all the pros and cons of the options, even for very modest sums (my small but complicated request was under $30!). I saw several customers treated equally well.- very very reasonable prices- if you have precise measurements, and the foam product you want is in stock, you may be able to get your foam custom-cut while you wait.- owner Jon goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied (I understand from other reviews that his long-time associate Sean is equally knowledgeable and customer-oriented).It is a pleasure to shop at a business such as Discount Foam. I'll now return for bigger projects!

This place is great . I came in and met Sean and he was really informative about some foam for a pelican gun case - he even recommended mattress foam when I mentioned I was looking at a Murphy bed. I didn’t think I’d have such an overwhelming positive experience buying anything let alone foam, but I did.

*Late Review* Meet with Jon for a seat cushion, showed me few samples. He explained difference type of foam and how they work. Surprised by the level of knowledge, felt kinda overwhelmed. Decided on pink firm, Jon even cut and fit the custom shape cover. In store to home did felt different on where it was placed. Overall, the foam was not suited to my seating. Jon amazing managed to get better replacement, which did even better and felt more to what is needed. Jon when well above anything I have seen or dealt with in any store I've been too. For the level of knowledge and service Discount Foam is the only place too take your time to see and learn. Thank you.

We got foam for dog bicycle trailer and for a small camping pillow.For each project John helped us find the perfect foam/firmness, while giving us enough time to get a feel for all the options.We (and our dog) are very happy with the foams and the buying experience, and will definitely return for future foam purchases.

Needed a new king sized mattress that would maintain it’s firmness for years and was told to try a foam one. Found Jon via Google (just look at these reviews) and was not disappointed!Jon was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - actually down sold us to save us money instead of upselling. His customer service is also impeccable?. Would highly recommend Jon’s shop and a foam mattress!

Jon was accommodating with my requests on a small cheap project. I am sure it wasn't a profitable deal for him but he treated me like a king. Highly recommend for any foam mattress, custom cut foam for packing cases, acoustic foam; really anything in the entire Foam Universe!

This man knows foam, just trust him.We had hard foam in our brand new van conversion, came to John asking for memory foam and he made us custom cut quality foam. We tested it out at the weekend and it made a massive difference.

John was extremely helpful and a really charismatic guy to just have conversation with. Found this place on Google needing a good mattress option for truck bed camping, and he was able to recommend an option for us that worked perfectly, really decently priced, considering you're paying for quality that will last over time, and supporting a small local business. 10/10 will recommend this business to others
