I had to return a pair that didn't fit quite right to the North Van location and Dave made it super easy. He helped me find a shoe that fit much better and I left feeling confident about my purchase. I will definitely be buying more shoes from this store!

I recently stumbled upon this business during my journey of buying my first pair of barefoot shoes. I started at the NV location on Main Street and was greeted with nothing but passion, knowledge, and professionalism from the guy that helped me (didn't catch him name unfortunately). I explained where I am with my training, skill, and abilities and why I wanted to transition to a barefoot style shoe. Instead of doing what most places do and trying to sell me the most expensive shoe in the line. He took the time to go over a variety of different shoes and explained each one thoroughly. When I finally picked a shoe, unfortunately the size I needed was not in stock at this location. He called Dave at the Vancouver location and asked him to set aside ALL size 11 shoes in that model so I could have a choice of color. I went with the Xero HSF and they have been amazing thus far! Fast forward to today. I went into the NV location again with more questions and was very open about myIntention of the visit and that I would more than likely NOT BE buying a shoe but just wanted to confirm a size. This same individual treated me with the same passion, knowledge, and professionalism as the first time. It's customer service like these guys offer that has now made me a 1000% returning and reoccurring customer. This individual also took the time to help me understand my nutrition and how to execute my performance for some upcoming events. Hats off to everyone at thai company for going above and beyond expectations. And see you guys again in the future!Regards, Matthew Marwick.

Worst customer service EVER! I was visiting Vancouver from Toronto and was looking for an everyday minimalist Vivo shoes (as they are my favourite brand). Walked in and the owner was occupied serving someone else. I asked him "Are all the Vivo out on the floor?" he replied asking "What are you looking for?" I replied "I'm interested in other Vivo colours"He replied "well...haha laughing - functionality comes first before colour." and then proceed to ignore me.IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT I CHOOSE VIVO FOR, I'M SHOPPING FOR SHOES IN YOUR STORE FOR MY OWN USE, DON'T SHAME YOUR CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE just because they don't use running shoes for running.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!!! Unless you want to be shamed by the owner. I regret making a special trip just to locate this store, I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone, even if you carry new Vivo colours. And I will spread the lousy customer service to everyone I know. Support you local stores that are kind, respectful and meet customers needs without making them feel like they are inconveniencing you. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS STORE IF DON'T WANT YUCKY SERVICE - it takes a lot for me to write a review, and the owner did this to himself to receive a negative feedback. This store does not deserve any star rating! Longitivity of owing a store does not equal quality of service. Time to retire grumpy man!

We were just about to go into the store when we realized that neither the staff member nor the customer inside were wearing masks, which is explicitly not okay according to BC's public health guidelines. Not interested in catching COVID to buy running equipment.

Best 200$ spent this whole year! Took the bus from downtown Vancouver on Sat morning, totally worth it. I had surgery on my ankle a couple of months ago, walking is painful. No longer. Best runners ever!
