They do not honor the U-Haul refund policy on moving boxes, even though the policy is printed right on the boxes. The staff/owners are also very rude and unhelpful.

I booked a uhaul and it was an absolute nightmare experience for me. The employees are so ignorant and every question is answered by “I dont know” the uhaul rep himself instructed them about after hour process and they wouldnt follow it, when asked for a manager simply denied to call and moved on with their task. The other employee is sitting on counter and looking at the floor instead of helping a distressed customer. Very appalling service and ignorant employees. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

I have rented U-Haul trucks at two occasions from this location and it has always been a very smooth process. The staff is very helpful and was able to help me out for a last minute emergency. ?

One of the shop's standout features is its extensive selection of household items, ranging from kitchenware to cleaning supplies, all priced at a wallet-friendly dollar plus range (unless you want to compare the price with Amazon). Whether you're in need of cheap cookware for your dorm room you may want to pay the visit.
However, please keep in mind there is no return on items, just exchange.
While the quality of some items may not match that of higher-end retailers, the affordability and convenience offered by Dollar Plus Shop more than make up for any minor imperfections.

It's essential for customers to carefully check the expiration dates before making a purchase. Despite this concern, I have no other complaints about the store.
