The shop itself is fine. However the cashier- young woman, black hair was incredibly rude and not helpful. Their contactless option was not worked and when I asked for help or if they could ring me up at a different cashier she just rudely stared at me rolled her eyes. Horrible customer service

The cashier upfront with glasses and cakey makeup was so rude. I get lottery tickets for my workplace and it was my turn and I asked if I could scan some old ones and she just said no and rolled her eyes then asked if I was going to pay. I was literally just unlocking my phone. Walked around until I found the manager and she was really nice and said she was new but that was some crazy attitude.

Staff not trained enough to address customer questions. One of the staff told me I can return a product when it is not compatible in original packaging and when I go back to return an item, manager of the store refuses to accept claiming she doesn’t know the staff that worked that day. There was not even a simple sorry for incorrect information. This store needs at the least customer experience training.
Another time I had a staff asking me to pay by cash instead of card for a different transaction. Seriously!

Shopping here is always so... odd.
The store is usually well stocked, clean etc. But the staff don't seem to acknowledge customers, at all.
The average transaction involves greeting the cashier, being met with silence, paying silently and then walking away. If they're not being silent, they're having conversations with each other without acknowledging there is someone standing in front of them.
I get it, chat with your coworkers, you don't need to ask me about my day or anything but... Maybe just say "hi"? Its weird, it has become the new norm at this store and it's so uncomfortable.
