What's more is there to say? It's a dollar store. It's fairly well stocked with practical items. Went in recently to buy a couple towels as myself and my friend decided to hit a free Sauna on Granville Island. I've never had any issues shopping here.

This is not really user friendly for Seniors..every time I'm there a worker is teaching them how to use self serve chech out. Why not have at least one cashier to make life easier for them. The shelled peanuts are mostly black...need a fresh stock. Should be more careful with food products.. health and safety is important. Escalators are often not working too.

Once again, finally had the chance to drop in this downstairs widely selections Dollarama since the Pandemic. Happy to be back. Managed to get something at this location. Happy to have its own self checkout Kiosks! Much easier in line ups.

The store and the prices are fine, but they hire people that really shouldn't be working in stores. At the downtown location, one cashier is clearly trying to skim a few dollars off customers by purposefully shortchaning people and lying through her teeth if challenged about it. It's not a bad scam; skim a dollar here and a couple of dollars there and most people won't make too big of a deal out of it and you'll have a few bucks at the end of the day; it's on management to make sure that scammers like this woman don't work there.By the way, this is not the issue mentioned by others. My receipt reflected the prices on the shelf - the woman is just a thief. Count your change carfully before you put the money away if you pay in cash at this location.

Lots of different things, anything you could imagine really. We encountered a homeless man inside the store who was a bit scary, he was suffering either mental illness or drug addiction. He lunged and my husband and came close to me multiple times like he was reaching for my back pockets. Security did a great job of moving non-shoppers along and out of the store. The store was well stocked and easy to navigate. We found almost everything we needed.

The store entrance has no elevator.Wasted my time for somebody to answer the phone and come to activate the side elevator, but nobody showed up.Awful experience.

Another Dollarama I go to, on Seymour street. If the other Dollarama doesn't have what I need because it was sold out I travel to the next Dollarama store. I love shopping at the Dollarama. You get what what you need and more. I buy my bird seeds there and all my cleaning supplies and all my shampoo and conditioners, arts and crafts, treats for myself, treats for my hubby. I go in for one thing and I walk out with more, providing it's within my budget. And it's fun to just look and browse.

I work @ a Dollarama in Vernon, so when I needed birthday ?, birthday candles ?& a few other items for the party, I was able to find a Dollarama in Vancouver where I knew my items would be found for cheap, & I was able to whip in & out quickly since I knew where things were accordingly. I will admit the self serve tills thru me off, not my style!

Elevator is horribly complicated to get to. I had to ask someone who was going down through the escalator to let a cashier know I was trying to get into the store with a stroller. Then it took at least 15 minutes for someone to come unlock the elevator to get in. It's a good Dollorama, just in a bad neighborhood that's why they have to keep those locked. Just something to be noted. I prefer going to other locations but this time I was in a pinch.
