In october 30 around noon i went to see if they have a wheel lug nut key because it was stolen when they break in to my truck, i asked the guy at the accessories store and he said they dont have those and he suggest to bring it to the tire shop and they will loss and replace the wheel lock. he didnt even offer me thier service. My truck is 2024 sierra and i bought it from them, Whats the point of having their shop. And he look at me like im a joke.

I have purchased 2 vehicles here. Both times the experience was easy.
I feel I must edit this review, and the old saying take my money and run has come to fruition. I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra cab and chassis through this dealer. The unit was purchased with the intent of doing an upfit (adding a specialty body). For the body to be installed, the fuel tank must be deleted. GM has provided me with all the required part numbers and instructions to delete the fuel tank, but is now telling me they will not provide the programming to make the fuel gauge work again. They supplied me with GM Upfitter Integration Bulletin #149c. Google it to see for yourself. I now have a brand new unit that does not have a working fuel gauge. They even provided me with the parameters that need to be changed. but they will not update the system to allow programming. I escalated to GM Canada service and received the same answer. I would advise exercising great caution in putting trust into a GM product for your commercial needs. They will leave you without solutions. My favorite part is when it's all said and done... Kirsten has the nerve to ask if she can help with anything else. YOU HAVE NOT FIXED THE FIRST PROBLEM.... DO NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT MIGHT BE NEXT!!!! It took GM Canada Service 6 weeks to conclude that they are not willing to help solve this issue.

Disgraceful service. I expected professional, reliable service from a premium dealership — I received the opposite. My experience at Dueck on Marine was characterized by disorganized processes, inconsistent and contradictory communications, and a persistent refusal to accept responsibility for damage and delays. Staff were routinely dismissive and, on multiple occasions, provided information that directly contradicted other representatives; this pattern felt unprofessional and, at times, suggested a lack of basic integrity in how customer files are handled.
Beyond poor communication, the tangible outcome was unacceptable: the vehicle was retained for extended periods with no meaningful progress, property was returned damaged, and warranty issues remained unresolved. For a brand positioned as “luxury,” the gap between promise and delivery here is stark.
I do not recommend this dealership. If you value clear communication, accountability, and competent service, take your business elsewhere.

We found this virtually new 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV at Dueck on Marine.
After decades of buying cars, I have very little trust for car dealers. They always seem to have something to spring on the customer. After the purchase, if negative issues appear, and they change their story from the day you bought the car to not to honour what they agreed to at the time of purchase.
I need to say Dueck on Marine has been our best dealer purchase in decades! Aman in sales was totally up front and professional. The sales manager made sure we had an amazing deal. The entire process at Dueck was fast, and went as smooth as possible. Now after two months, no regrets, no hidden purchase surprises.

I am writing to formally notify you that my vehicle was delivered to me in a broken/defective condition and remains unresolved despite my repeated, good‑faith attempts to secure a proper repair. I have made every reasonable effort to address this matter cordially with your dealership. Instead of resolution, I’ve been met with delays, dismissals, and, most recently, I appear to have been blocked from further communication with your team.
I have invested a substantial amount—into the hundreds of thousands of dollars—in an effort to get this vehicle properly fixed. The treatment I’ve received has been unacceptable, and I will not allow this to continue. I am demanding immediate action and providing you clear notice of the steps I am prepared to take if this is not resolved now.

My family and I came to look at a new car but the reason we didn’t purchase was because of the sales manager Marice. He is by far the worst manager I have ever encountered in a dealership. He is rude, and treats his customers and even his staff with zero respect.. completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the dealership’s reputation.
If this is the kind of person they choose to put in charge, it speaks volumes about their standards. If you are looking for a GM car visit ANY other GM store they will at least respect you and your family. Didn’t know this store was a back alley dealer!
