They do amazing work. They are the only shop that my partner would take his brand new Lariat to , and they always made it look like new.They will also be the only shop we’ll be taking my brand new truck to as well.

A friend had issues with staff using the wrong chemical composition on her dashboard and ruined it when it was a simple detail. It was a new car and now value is significantly dropped. It took 5 months for her to hear back from the owner *Dave, who said he filed a claim with ICBC. He lied and didn't file that claim. He has since not returned any calls over 6 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DETAILING. She now had to file with ICBC and this is going against her insurance. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for detailing. Read other reviews and note they have horrible customer service.

I got my car detailed on august 4th 2021. Black suv bmw. I’m trying to get ahold of the owner. But nobody is calling me back. Mike the manager I talked to already. Still no progress.I had 10 Hennessy and I gave the workers 1 as tip. I had 7 left. I should still have 9 left.The workers there steal. They don’t answer the phone or return messages which is unfortunate because I heard they were good...too bad, but I went somewhere else with better customer service.
