I visited this location to get my car washed around 8:50 in the morning. After driving around the city for about four hours, I came back at around 1:30 PM and noticed something very obvious: the rear of my car hadn’t been cleaned at all. This isn’t just me being picky; it was clearly missed and very noticeable. However, the staff told me that because I had already left the station earlier, it was my responsibility to check immediately. I think it’s reasonable to expect a proper wash without having to inspect every inch the moment I drive away.
Additionally, one of the female staff members inside—she was a shorter Indian lady—was particularly rude and even acted like she thought I was trying to deceive her, which I absolutely wasn’t. I have no reason to do that. This kind of attitude made the experience even more unpleasant. I hope they can improve their service and treat customers more respectfully in the future.
Very bad experience again!

Would give zero stars if I could for the lady at the front desk. Came in with a bloody nose (just randomly happens, get them all the time, can last up to an hour). Couldn't go in the bathroom or I'd be holding people up (fair enough), but then they didn't want me leaning over the garbage can when switching napkins because they didn't have kleenexs, and said I could just hold on the bloody napkins because they didn't want those in the garbage either. Spoke in a different language about me to the manager (saw him look at me while she was talking to him), when I asked her a question she ignored me. Finally grabbed a stack of napkins to deal with my bleeding nose at my truck

came to the station to wash my car and I paid for the extreme car wash and I drive a Tesla.
Turns out there were two different promotions, one was for two dollars off if we drove an electric vehicle and we get a free Canadian springwater with a purchase of the extreme car wash as well, but they kept the advertisement in the very back hidden behind the store when you're already entering and paid for the car wash. When I went to the cashier to pay for the extreme car wash (inside the corner store.), all they asked was if I bought fuel. I told them no at the time because obviously I don't need fuel and so I paid the full price.
When I went back to the store, I asked them if they could either give me back the two dollars credit or I could either refund and pay again they said no because of the fact that my credit card did not match the same number because I used Apple Pay, which obviously changes my credit card number so now I ended up paying full price now I know those promotion and then they also defended themselves by saying we asked you before we charged your full price, but the reality was that they only asked me if I paid for fuel. They didn't ask me if I drove an EV.
Probably my worst experience I've ever had so far.

Rude behaviour by an attendant at store today 26th June 2025.Time 4:35 pm he is badly lacking work ethic.Denied gas as I was filling my gas tank.Without any reason.

Be aware: Esso places a $250 pre-authorization hold on your card, even if you only pump $10 worth of fuel. Yes, the amount gets released eventually — but imagine someone not knowing this and suddenly not having access to their money. It’s 2025, and we still have to “borrow our own money” just to get gas?
This practice might be “standard”, but that doesn’t make it right. At the very least, there should be a clear notice on the pump. Transparency matters. Until then, I’d rather support stations that treat their customers with more respect.

Rude manager. I had an issue started yelling at me and blaming me instead of trying to resolve issue. Tried to explain how would I have known that I picked anot working charger? They won't let you test it before buying it. They won't refund me for a defect usb charger. Staff also clueless.

Don’t use this carwash! It completely scratched my car up. I spoke to the manager, Samar, and he denied that anything occurred despite me showing the receipt that I was just at the car wash. Terrible customer service as well as awful carwash
