except it had a foul odor that seemed stuck for a long time cuz it was clean and no waste matter was visible

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Vacuum machine took my $3 but there was no suction, so I asked the cashier (Morina) for a refund and she said they’re technically not owned by Esso but a 3rd party vendor. She said I have to call the 3rd party service phone number, which I did, and it’s a technical line for Esso to have their machines serviced (not customer-facing). I asked for a refund and she said it’s not possible, and no manager could be contacted either until tomorrow and they likely wouldn’t refund either. Avoid the vacuums and car wash if you don’t want your money stolen and zero accountability!

I was at first excited about the car wash, as they switched from touchless to brushes, but on my last visit I got a few dents and scratches on the hood of the car, do not recommend.

The worse 19 cad expend in my life… I pay for the best car wash, it was absolutely a waste… it was maybe 1 minute long, not enough water to clean it and also it was not dry off… awful car wash!

Didn't realize they changed from a touchless car wash. It didn't dry the car very well. I had to go home and dry it myself with my blower. Too bad, I'll have to find another touchless car wash elsewhere.
