I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at one of your Tim Hortons locations on January 15 at approximately 6:20 PM.
I entered the store to order food and was told that they were no longer serving food, despite the location not closing until 7:00 PM. I found this unacceptable. Customers reasonably expect that a business open to the public will continue to provide its advertised menu items until closing time, or at the very least clearly post when food service ends.
Turning customers away 40 minutes before closing without prior notice is frustrating and reflects poorly on customer service standards. Tim Hortons is a brand people rely on for consistency, and this experience fell well short of that expectation.
If there is a policy allowing food service to stop significantly before closing, it should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, this appears to be a case of staff choosing convenience over customer service.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed with the appropriate staff or management to ensure other customers do not experience the same inconvenience.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled.

Employees have a poor attitude toward other races. If it does not improve as a customer who only uses this convenience store, I will ask the employee's name and ask for a conversation with the manager

I ran out of gas so walked 25 minutes to get there to find out they “ran out” of tanks for gas. How is that even possible??

Worst customer service . Specially the guy ragu is untrained and do not knew how to behave with the customer. If you have an anger issue don't use it on your work place buddy.
