Came with my partner to buy some beer. She did not bring her wallet because we live close by and didn’t want to leaver her on the rain while I bought the beer so she came inside with me.
While I understand it is the law to ask anyone that is on the same party for ID, my partner has been in that store before and had her ID checked before so they know they are of legal age. However, this is not the reason I am living a one star review. While disappointed that they didn’t allow me to buy the beer I know it is within their right.
The reason I am leaving a one star review is that one of the employees was extremely rude to my partner and condescending. It wasn’t the cashier but the one that is on the bagging area. She was completely wrong in her approach of handling the situation and she should not have intervened when we talking with the cashier. Zero customer service skills.
The store has no right to treat their customers this rude. Train your employees better.

Massive store but from a craft beer lover's perspective, the selection could be a bit better. They have a big import section but it's all been sitting there for 2 years.

Terrible experience, we bought tickets to try Wisky two days in different weeks and they did not notify us that they would change the date. They asked us for an email when registering, we never received confirmation, much less notification of the change. They just wasted our time.

They have a great selection for the home or professional bartender. Happy to have found some peychaud bitters and at a great price! They also have a some awesome craft spirits.

I usually purchase the wines on line from them and get it delivered. I’m very happy with service and selection. I’ve been a client for some time and alway go back. You can find some rare vines from different countries that not usually available in other stores.

I appreciate the curation of wines but was not impressed by my last order pickup when the sales assistant asked for my ID in a manner which was condescending and rude. Prior to that my transactions were professional and courteous from start to finish.
