Terry's service is great! Brought in my TV, he took a look, and told me straight up the problem, the cost and how long it would take. The repair cost was better than buying a new similar TV, so the choice was obvious. And when the repairs were done (which he also estimated correctly), he was super flexible in making it work for you to pick it up. I don't write reviews usually, but Terry deserves it.

It was great dealing with Terry. He knew exactly the issue with my Sony 2021 OLED TV. I requested an onsite service. He came on time and fixed the TV quickly. While the TV wasn't crazy expensive when I got it, it also wasn't cheap. So glad it could be fixed.

Excellent service; outstanding repair. My mother's television set went dark all of a sudden, and even though she was about to replace it, she called and the television was picked up, repaired and brought back. The price was also great; far better than buying a new television. We highly recommend Excel Electronics.

Great experience dealing with Excel Electronics! They were very clear communicating the solution and next steps. They were also accommodating for pick up and drop offs. I've relied on them twice now to fix TVs and had no issues.

This my second time using Excel Electronics, both times were 100% perfect, dealing with Terry is a very easy thing, I explain what is wrong with my TV and he calls me 2 days later and tells me the price, I give him the OK and he fixes it, it doesn't get any easier.
As always the job gets done right and Terry is a nice person to deal with, I would not take my TV anywhere else.

Reasonable pricing, excellent service . I was glad to read all the wonderful reviews of Terry’s service. I was debating whether I should buy a new one or repair my 4 years old Samsung TV … I called Terry… I’m glad I did:)

It's unfortunate there aren't more businesses that offer this kind of service. In fact, it may be the only one in Vancouver. I recently brought a flight controller in to be soldered and the job was done so well and so quickly that I thought it must have been done by machine. I was stunned to learn he did it by hand.

It was a pleasure doing business with Terry. I needed a new backlight for my TV. He got it done ahead of the proposed schedule and at less cost than anticipated; it was definitely cheaper to repair my TV than replace it. I recommend Excel Electronics and would use this company again.
