Can't say enough about how good this experience was.
Terry is a true gentleman, came round to the house and knew immediately what the problem was.
He let me know the cost to fix it right away and it was very reasonable compared to me having to go out and buy a new one.
Right away he took the TV into his shop (and it was a 60" Sony, so it wasn't easy to handle.)
2 days later it's fixed and he delivers it back home and everybody's happy.
Polite and trustworthy and he knows what he's doing.

Incredibly friendly staff who are super accommodating! Before reaching out to Excel, I was told to just to buy a new TV, but our TV was still completely functional, except for the display brightness.
Terry helped us find the part we need replacing and fixed our TV back to brand new : )
I highly recommend if you need a tv to be repaired.

My Samsung TV broke and I was actually referred to another authorized Samsung repair shop by Samsung but after comparing the reviews of that repair shop to here I decided to give Terry a call. Terry was immensely helpful and friendly over the phone. He told me my TV model has a lot of issues and no point in fixing it. We talked for 10 min (time he can use towards his business) and he did not try to get a consultation fee or anything. He even gave some suggestions on TVs.
I said I will leave him a well earned glowing google review because he is honest and helpful and deserves it fully. Support local small business you guys!

I found Terry through a Google search, and read all of the great reviews. So I hired him to fix my 65" Samsung tv - The TV backlight was not working correctly, and it needed to be replaced. Terry picked up my TV from my home, and even let me borrow a 50" flat screen while my parts were being sent and tv was being repaired.
Terry was amazing and I highly recommend him. A+++ on his services, prices, and great energy. Thanks so much, Terry!! ?????????

Terry is awesome. Many local vendors I called said don’t even bother fixing or saying it’s unfixable. With one picture sent to Terry he was able to quote me how much to fix it (reasonable pricing). He kept me updated and was flexible with drop off and pick up time. If I can rate 10 stars for his professionalism and knowledge I would! Thank you Terry for fixing my mom’s TV. Corey.

Very honest and fair. Our Samsung TV stopped working and everywhere were saying that it is expensive to repair it and not worth it. Samsung suggested repair shop wanted to charge 150$ just to chck what is wrong. This shop gave me a free estimate with a reasonable price to fix it and fixed it in 1 day. Even took the time to give me the TV late hours at 7.

Mr. Terry efficiently replaced all the LED backlighting in my Sharp 65-inch TV within 48 hours. His kindness and humility stood out, as he even assisted with loading and unloading the TV into my car.
