very poor customer service from the company to the front staff manager. not friendly, defensive, even though I was not blaming her. I had signed my friend up online from my checking account. I received a welcome email, then a big snow storm delayed me going down. I received emails everyday that they will charge me 25$ each time the payment fails. we had not even went to the gym. We feel scammed, and are very disappointed from their money grabbing policies. I am going to review on other sites. if they apologize, not being defensive about their policies, and not caring about customer satisfaction.

They don't answer phones during open hours. Called multiple times during open hours and they let it go to voicemail every time.

I’m trying to be nice and appropriate here, but this gym keeps collection me money although I did call them to cancel my membership. For the last 2 months, i switched to a new gym and it still charging me the biweekly fees. I only figured out when i checked my bank account today. The customer service are totally lying about the cancellation and no confirmation letter was sent to me. This is so frustrating :(

It's hard to fault this gym. It's cheap, is decently equipped, and the staff are great. It gets busy sometimes, but you can get around that by not being lazy and going before 9am.

I've been left stuck outside this gym a few times because the card scanner didn't work. No phone number to call to get access. No email address to lodge a complaint.

They’re ripping people off! The worst GYM ever! Employees are nice and hardworking but the higher management and corporate are thieves! Do NOT give them pre-authorized access to your account. Once you leave, they steal fund from your account!

The worst gym I've ever seen in my whole life. It only has one bench press for chest and no table with a bar for upper chest. It's so frustrating! Additionally, the equipment is so old. Don't waste your money! I canceled my membership in less than one month.

Edit (08/19/2023): this gym used to be really good. Now equipment is left broken for months on end, no one is at the counter or present on the floor during office hours (either they are not staffed or staff are hiding at the back). It used to be a good deal for what you paid for; now, I'm just frustrated.Previous review: Great selection of cardio and weight equipment. I love that they have a weight machine for your back; it's awesome! Also love that it's 24/7 gym. REALLY good value for the monthly rate.

That old lady there that works at the counter is basically a troll too say the least as for the owner and the gym well it speaks for it self, a whole in a building with bad service cheap equipment and basically worse then a community center gym. Don't waste your time here.

When are they planning fix the ac, it feels as sauna there during afternoon. The staff has mentioned they will fix it but it has been more than a week, not sure if this manager is doing his job, but it seems dont care at all what os happening. Summer is here and if this continue in same way I will have to cancel my memebership.

Great place to work up a sweat from the moment you walk in - mostly because when you enter you’re stuck by the lack of AC. With a heat wave around the corner, you’ll be impressed with the gyms ability to maintain higher temperatures instead than out. It’s never been a better time to hit up this location, even if you’re only there to sit around. That’s because you’ll come home dehydrated and soaked from what appeared to be a fantastic workout. Fool your significant other and shred that weight today! Water weight.

Gym was decent before...NOW so crowded and always understaffed. We pay for services under the black card membership that we cannot used unless staff is present. On weekends only 1100-1600 and today STAT no staff at all. Should at least been on weekend schedule. Really disappointing.

The AC has been down since May 20 and they have not fixed it nor bought any fans. There are no windows in the entire gym, turning it into a greenhouse. It is extremely unsafe for people to workout in such hot conditions and they don't other fixing anything nor at least providing us with a $30 fan.It is fit for less, not workout for FREE, we are still PAYING for a service that quite frankly we are not getting. The adductor machine has been broken for weeks, the AC has been broken for weeks and I am seriously considering going elsewhere.They should reimburse every member for the entire month of June and give us a free month membership to Fitness World so we can properly workout without passing out or having a heat stroke.This is a health risk that they're willing to take in order to save some money and it's pathetic!!! If they don't fix the AC soon and provide us with fans and a free month membership I will get the health authorities and the BBB involved.Stop putting people's health at risk!!! Even community centres become cooling centres for the homeless. Get your Sh*t together Fit4less

I'm changing my rating cause for the last 2 to 3 weeks the staff hasn't been showing up to work, so I'm paying for features that I can't even use cause they are not here. Very disappointed ?The pictures were taken on 03 17 23 Friday look at the time ffs ?Update since they hired a new manager, things have greatly improved. I am much happier now, so I changed my rating again.

Hello there, I love this gym & I have been a member about 4yrs now the atmosphere has been great but since there’s no manager here, there’s a lot of PERSONAL TRAINER ( two Asian couples) they come every week ( every morning from 7am to 930ish to train people 3-4 to four people per day it’s quite irritating I have complain to the front desk and nothing has changed & I do believe I’m not the only one but it’s been happening for two months, you can check the cameras too
