Very happy with the quality of service here - this is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle to this location, and on both occasions (2 years apart), I’ve been really impressed with their honesty, turnaround time and pricing.

My 2006 Prius completely died and the dealership said I needed a new engine and battery for $12000.
That’s was not realistic option for me so Fowler had helped keep my Prius running for a fraction of that. Almost new battery and some engine repairs.
It too a few weeks to find the battery but was worth the wait. They can be busy and sometimes I am chasing them down to find out where things are at. But Gautam is really straight forward and pleasant to deal with.
I am grateful for an affordable place that is helping me keep my Prius on the road.

I've been here twice now and their prices are extremely low! They do great quality work and they are very honest. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars I truly appreciate it. They will be my first stop for car concerns moving forward.

I had a pre-purchase inspection done here and there were a few issues:
1. They were unable to provide a list of what they checked during the pre purchase inspection. This seems like something standard a shop should have on hand.
2. I specifically asked them to check the ball joints. They told me they would let me know if any issues. Nothing showed on the inspection report about the ball joints. I took it to another shop who said one was worn and needed to be replaced.
3. Their office is extremely disorganized. They couldn’t find the key to the vehicle for 15 minutes after I paid.

Gotham has a really good mechanics. I've been taking my vehicles there for the last seven years and never had a problem or anything go on when I take my vehicles back to him. I wish there was more garages that were trustworthy like his.
