The greatest location in Vancouver!! Freeman, the best cellular representative I’ve had the pleasure of seeing, was a massive help today. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very personable and friendly as well. He made our experience fun and enjoyable. He ensured everything went smoothly and gave great advice. Will solely be visiting this location from now on and I recommend others to turn to him for all of their phone related needs. I’m very thankful for his help today and I cannot express how truly happy I am with everything he’s done

The customer service was exceptional, as the sales agent name, Freeman kept me updated throughout the entire process when I had encountered the service interruption for my phone line a couple days. He support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Freedom Mobile located at Pacific Center downtown Vancouver was outstanding.

The tall Asian fellow working there evening of Nov 30, 2022 is the laziest employee I've ever seen. He is not approachable, rude and acts like he doesn't want to be there.

David helped me to set up two lines. I am just arriving from Ukraine and he was so helpful and with excellent customer service. I left the store happy and for sure will recommend it to my Ukrainian friends that are coming soon!

Sales agents lie in order to make a bigger sale. You lost a sale, gained a negative review, and I'm going to be telling a lot of friends and family to avoid this location at all costs.

Don't get freedom pls don't buy your self a headache. Costumer service is so bad so bad they just charge and won't listen to you at allDon't go freedom it's really bad bad badI am having issue with the line it's not fix and yet they are charging me every month without fixing the issue.Basically I have no service and I am paying

Shoutout to Steven who helped me out with a Hardware Upgrade. I did my own research beforehand but he was still very helpful and had a great attitude.It’s always nice talking tech with people who are savvy with the topic and not just thinking about getting a sale. Awesome customer service.Of course, your mileage may vary, but I was satisfied with the service I got from Steven.
