Fresh Is Best on Broadway is a small, family-run Mexican and South American grocery store. The store offers a decent selection of hot sauces, condiments, and staples like Cojita cheese. The staff are described as lovely, friendly, and super friendly. A note is that parking is street only. For some, their TooGoodToGo bags are pretty bad, but many customers love the store and visit weekly.

Decent selection of hot sauces. One of the only places in Van that has Cojita cheese. Street parking only which can kinda suck at times.

This is pretty well a weekly stop for our family. The chips and guacamole are to die for but they have so many delicious and interesting products and the staff are really lovely.
