Their shoes are on the pricier side but you get what you pay for, with more affordable options and great sales. They do not sell poor quality shoes; their quality brands last many years. The customer support team is amazing, very responsive, and helpful. Staff are friendly, supportive, patient, and professional, offering great service and recommendations. The place is clean, comfortable, well-organized, and provides a lovely shopping experience. Customers would definitely come back and recommend it.
I stopped in to look for new work shoes and was assisted by Celina. I stopped in after a long day of work and travel and she had such a calm positive demeanor that was most welcoming. She was extremely knowledgeable and had amazing suggestions for what I was looking for. I highly suggest everyone stop in and ask for her!

Love the friendly attitudes of the staff here and the selection of curated designer brands are nice. I recently learnt that the workers are fighting for fair wages and haven't been given this yet-- for myself, I won't be shopping here until that happens.
