They mention formal up do in their services but don’t offer them when you call. Lazy. If you don’t want to do it then you shouldn’t have it up as something you offer.

I arrived Sunday just passed 4 o’clock. I was warmly greeted and got in immediately, and my hair was cut perfectly by Beatrice and very impressed with the service very friendly.

I've been to various different Great clips and I had a terrible experience 2 weeks ago. The hair stylist doesn't even know how to structure or blend a haircut properly. Lazy , sloppy and shapeless

Our first time here at Great Clips ! Beatrice greeted us with her beautiful smile and was able to cut my little one s hair less than 15 minutes! She did such a great job 👏 and we will definitely be back. Parking was so easy too and convenient location

This is the first review that I have ever posted, which I hope will encourage anyone who reads this to take me seriously. I came here years ago as a child, and the service was absolutely horrible to the point that I have avoided getting haircuts altogether. I was not older than 8 or 9, and being a child, I was not aware of how to manage my dandruff. However, the extremely rude woman who was cutting my hair proceeded to stop and pull her coworker over asking if I had LICE. I do not believe for one second that a PROFESSIONAL HAIRDRESSER is not able to differentiate between lice and dandruff, and after a solid 10 minutes of deliberation (which made me very anxious), they proceeded to shame me for not washing my hair and having a dirty scalp. Mind you, two GROWN WOMEN were shaming a CHILD for an issue that is extremely common and has nothing to do with cleanliness. I would give this business 0 stars if I could, and you can imagine how horrible my experience was given that I still vividly remember it over ten years later. I am not sure if those two women still work here, and god forbid that they do. If you have children, DO NOT bring them here unless you want to feel dehumanized and completely disrespected.
