Overall the company provides nice looking stuff but they are Not durable or standard quality and most of them have safety hazards in terms of materials used in them that the customers aren’t informed of!
The manager in this branch is the worst. He’s disrespectful towards people who have any sort of issue with their merchants and complaints while most of the things you buy will soon needs repairs and assistance!! But you’ll not be treated decently by him. He sends you away and even doesn’t let you talk from the moment he sees you have brought back a product he start behaving utterly disrespectful and doesn’t give any help!! And dispels you
I will not but anything from this store and always try to buy from IKEA. If ever ever IKEA didn’t have what I needed, I would go to original stores that bring merchandise passed safety and quality standards.

They have lots of decent household items. Often you will find something REALLY good, but you have to keep an eye out because their stock seems to always fluctuate.
Very dog-friendly! I love coming here to train my dog.

I wouldn’t recommend buying any important home item from this store that you expect to last a few months. Don’t waste your money and energy Always be smart and buy your home stuff from no where other than IKEA.

I bought a carpet from Homesense store in this location 3 days ago. When I took it home and opened the carpet, the inside of the carpet was full of dried rice stuck to the fabric and the carpet had many oil stains. In addition, there was hair inside the carpet. And the carpet was completely second-hand, but it was sold at the original price.
I really liked this carpet and yesterday I took the carpet to the store to buy it if there is a new of the same model and if not, give me a discount because of this problem. But the manager did not treat me well after hearing my problem and even after seeing these details. He did not apologize to me, and said that if you want to return the carpet, I will not sell it to you again. And I also returned the carpet.
This manager behaved very badly and I did not like this attitude and behavior at all, and I will not go to this store again and will not shop.
If I could, I wouldn't even give one star to this store...??
