Hustle is an AMAZING STUDIO! Between the iconic Brent, Lucy and Amy ( as well as all the other instructors ) friendly staff, warm welcomes and killer workouts, I can not recommend it enough. I have brought my mom to classes because they are amazing for all levels, while also bringing pro athlete friends knowing they will get a great challenge! I have set up a team workout with the wonderful Brent with my work because I want to spread the epic vibes. 10/10!

Such a great studio! Welcoming staff and very well planned training sessions. Instructors are very helpful, encouraging and very mindful on how you are performing and what stage of your fitness journey you are. It is a very personalized experience. I cannot love more this studio and the people that is part of it. I recommend 1000% the hustle experience 💪🏻🙌🏻♥️

Love hustle! The music and environment is great. The coaches really care about you and check in on your form while also allowing you to go on your own fitness journey to push your own boundaries. It’s always an awesome time.

Absolutely love this spin studio! The energy here is contagious, and the vibe is always on point. Special shoutout to Jordan who is an absolute breath of fresh air. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, Jordan makes you feel right at home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I love hustle mt. Pleasant! Not only is it close to home but each instructor makes a point of introducing themselves to new members and learning a bit about their fitness journey thus far, even in a room full of 18 people I felt prioritized and valued, the coaches always come around to do individual check ins even in a full class. The lights are dimmed low so you don’t feel like you are in the spotlight, a perfect setting for new members and also a great setting to push yourself without an audience. From the front desk to your coach or your peers you will feel welcomed and set up for success, you can’t help but leave with a smile on your face and some motivational affirmations. That’s why I keep coming back!! This company is not only locally owned but embodies community and going at your own pace. See you on the mat hustle <3 and thank you to Lucy and Brent who keep the passion alive daily.

Hustle is an inclusive welcoming gym to go to! They have coaches that will help you hit your goals and give you the support you need.
Living in a bigger body, I’ve never felt like i didn’t belong and each class accommodates EVERY BODY!

I’ve been coming to HUSTLE since the first month they opened their door and have nothing but wonderful things to say 6 years later about the classes they offer, the quality of the instructors, and the community they’ve created. If you’re looking to take your first class here, I truly I don’t think a fitness professional could give better feedback or be more welcoming and uplifting while leading a class that will also leave you unable to move the next day like Lucy Ulmer can - so recommend you check out one of hers first!

I joined Hustle 149 days ago and yesterday I hit my 120th class, which is a testament to how much I enjoy Hustle.
The class offerings are phenomenal, they are adaptable, engaging, and well executed, there has yet to be a class that I have not done twice.
There is something for everyone.
The real highlight of Hustle are the owners (who also coach) and the coaches. They embody everything that I look for in a gym, genuine care, connection and understanding. They are the heart and soul of Hustle and make it the welcoming, inclusive, and down right awesome environment that it is! My achievements are celebrated, and I have been supported every step of the way. When I step through the doors at Hustle everyday, I feel like I am part of a community.
If you are thinking about trying a class, DO IT! You will not regret hustling with Hustle. I am a forever Hustler now! 💪🏻

Warning to Moms & ClassPass Users - Misleading Policies, Rude Staff & Shady Practices
This studio is not what it seems. I showed up just 4 minutes late and was turned away at the door despite no warning of this policy in the ClassPass listing or confirmation email. When I explained this, the receptionist was rude, condescending, and acted like I should’ve known better — even though the policy is hidden deep in their FAQ, not anywhere clearly stated or visible when booking, not in the listing or in the numerous confirmation or reminder emails.
If a policy results in lost credits or denial of entry, it needs to be clearly stated upfront. Instead, the only guidance on ClassPass from Hustle is to “arrive 15 minutes early for a facility tour.” If that’s code for “don’t be late or we’ll turn you away and keep your money,” it should just say that.
But here’s where it gets worse:
The receptionist didn’t just turn me away — she tried to get me to check in to ClassPass anyway so they could take my credits for the class I wasn’t even allowed to join and threatened that if I didn’t I would be charged a late cancellation fee. 🤨 Make it make sense.
For the record: ClassPass does not do both a credit loss and a fee — it’s one or the other. Or neither, if you were misled like I was. This studio seems to rely on people not knowing that. If I hadn’t contacted ClassPass directly, I would’ve been tricked into losing my credits for nothing.
ClassPass thankfully restored my credits, confirmed no fee was owed, and said they would be speaking with Hustle’s management. But if I hadn’t followed up, the receptionist’s false information and pressure tactics would’ve worked.
Also sketchy: their FAQ encourages people on the waitlist to show up hoping for no-shows. So they’ll give away your spot if you’re even slightly late… then still try to charge you for a spot they resold. Sounds like double-dipping to me.
This place needs to be reported. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, and I strongly advise others to call ClassPass if anything seems off.
This experience was needlessly disrespectful and felt designed to confuse and take advantage of customers. Hustle needs to:
• Clearly disclose all key policies on ClassPass
• Stop using fear tactics and false information
• Train staff to treat people with professionalism and empathy
I left feeling misled, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I won’t return and I suggest others be aware of your rights as a consumer and don’t be intimidated by their “policies”.
