The guys at IB took in my lemon of a Passat and did a solid job. I got a full diagnostics report done; the info was laid out by part and level of deterioration, solid organization.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I am beyond happy with the work of IB Motors. I was driving through Vancouver when my Vanagon was having some engine problems. My car ended up completely breaking down in front of their shop and they took care of me, no problem. They immediately got to work and within a couple days my car was completely fixed and reasonable pricing. So incredibly grateful for the work and service provided:)

My grandmother went here and they took forever and over charged almost twice what they quoted. The bill was crazy putting in an insane amount of hours for something that should have taken half as long. Highly don't recommend going here with their underhanded practices.

IB motors is an excellent shop to take your vehicle!! They did some extensive repairs all over my car and fixed my alternator which was causing me problems. In the photo you can see how bad it was and they rebuilt my par,and tuned up my Jetta tdi. Looks awesome. They helped me see the value in my old car, and I’ll need them to help me keep it going. Lucas helped fix the problem and helped me stay in my budget. I really got the feeling they were there to help me.

I brought my 1998 VW Jetta to IB Motors with low power and lots of black smoke out the tail pipe. I had already taken it to JS perfomance in abbotsford, and they had failed to find the issue. IB motors diagnosed the issue quickly (Broken air intake hose). Ran great after! They were great to deal with the whole time.
