Horrible experience with this store - Items are not measured well at all, cuts are horrible and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They will take your money and then do nothing to help you return items or get them adjusted.

The store located at 9 West Walton Place in Chicago declined to take my measurements, as I wasn't buying anything. They said it was against company policy.

Not Covid 19 sensitive. They are set to cancel my order even though I can't get to a store to be measured due to Toronto lockdowns. I asked them to extend the expiry of my 2 orders and they refused. It's unthinkable that they won't accomodate victims of this pandemic.....
