Key Self Storage is THE BEST self storage in the lower mainland hands down. Great facility, great staff and CRAZY cheap prices. It really doesn’t get any better than this.
The facility is modern and clean with a roll up gate big enough to park a moving truck INSIDE the building! Perfect for the rainy city. Tons of space to move with the biggest elevators I’ve ever seen in my life which made loading the storage locker really quick. My locker even has a view of the mountains!! It’s honestly outstanding, I’ve truly never seen a storage facility with this much thought and care put into the customer experience. 10/10 the facility is perfect.
The staff are on another level when it comes to customer service. So kind and helpful. They’ve greeted me with a warm welcome anytime I’ve gone in there and have always been happy to help anytime I needed something. Beyond just professional courtesy, it’s clear they genuinely care about people. 11/10 great people and top notch service.
Best part, they’re also some of the cheapest lockers in the city. All across the board, best self storage in town.

I loved Key Self Storage.
It helps me a lot. It is easy access from everywhere, goog window of time to get in and get out, very clean, good and friendly assistente, there are dollys to help with loading, easy rules understand.
I hope everyone have the same good experience that I had.

Spoke with a man over the phone who was a complete jerk. I was inquiring about a 10x10 unit and asking about a promotion. He was sharp and rude. You could have said 'sorry, that's no longer available' instead of ripping my head off. Not bringing my service to them.

Best in the city. Very clean, very secure, very friendly. The location is perfecttt. Easy access. Nice big carts. Wide doors, huge elevators, accommodating to businesses/personal, clean private bathroom, updated door & lock mechanisms, great lighting. Really a great crew running a fantastic huge building. 100% recommend!

I have been using their storage services for almost four years. I am very satisfied with the location and cleanliness of the facility and the level of services I received from their staff. The staff there are all very nice and helpful, especially the Site Manager Shankar. Their team provides the best storage service I've ever experienced.

Convenient location - easy to get at off the highway. Clean inside, and Tim was amazing to deal with - very reasonable, and willing to work with you. Would recommend Key Selfstorage as a place to rent a storage unit for any of my friends, and strangers asking.
