She took our shopping experience at King to the next level providing us impeccable customer service, professionalism, expertise and availability . She made this experience easy helping us going through material options and then gave us samples to take home and see which best suited our small bedroom. Thank you Kelly-Lee! Gisa was amazing and so knowledgeable! She took the time to provide us with different options and her eye for design made it so easy for us to choose our furniture and fabrics. The furniture is also very good quality - I can tell we will have our pieces for a long time.

I was attracted to King initially by the styles advertised and the number of reviews applauding the products’ durability. I had a great experience when I arrived at the showroom. Despite not being prepared with an appointment I was quickly accommodated and paired with Davy Chen, a passionate and friendly design consultant. I was rather clueless as to how to begin the process of furnishing my new home. Davy stepped in and worked with the ideas I had in mind, making excellent suggestions that really suited the new space. He was kind, patient and very efficient. I look forward to receiving my new furniture and hope it lives up to the positive experience I have had thus far.

I recently purchased King’s classic 1977 sofa after a visit to their showroom in South Granville. I had incredible help from Mark Crittenden during my initial visit and when I came back to arrange the order and delivery. I had been looking at the 1977 sofa for some time but I was unsure of the colour, especially because the two colours I was looking at were so close. Mark provided material samples for me to take home to test and so many insightful comments - I eventually went with his recommendation. He is a true stylist with a keen eye and I would recommend him and King Furniture to anyone looking to elevate their space. I can’t wait for my sofa to be delivered!
