I was being helped today with Tamana, and she went beyond to ensure my outfits for my vacation are fulfilled! she helped me with sizing and gave me her honest feedback, she made me feel very confident.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. 👎🏼 No one was available to assist me, and the manger came over and was trying to blame me even though I was just trying to change a size not for returning. She was unprofessional, displayed poor communication skills, and showed no understanding of customer service or effective store leadership, she was even try to throw the hanger to show that she was angry, I will never came to this place again and will let all my friends know.

I would give it 0 stars if there were an option. I usually enjoy shopping at La Vie en Rose, but this location was really disappointing. One of the managers was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she made me feel like I was bothering her just for asking a simple question. It’s frustrating when you walk into a store expecting friendly service and get the exact opposite. Definitely not the experience I’d expect from a brand like this.

I visited the store today around 4 PM and was helped by Tamanna. She guided me in choosing the right sleepwear and also gave me a convenient tote bag. My experience was excellent—much appreciated, Tamanna! Always coming back to this location.

Ana was very helpful! I went straight and told her that I want 5 shorts, and comfortable cycling shorts-- She stayed with me, showed me various colors and designs, keep picking items in her hands, and in 5 minutes---i was in trial room with 10 items. Thank you Ana!!

I volunteer at a local home for senior citizens and I had a wonderful experience helping a senior shop at la Vie yesterday. The staff was attentive and helpful as the senior needed some patience and guidance to find the right items for her. Taissa (so sorry if the spelling is wrong), the fitting attendant, is a star. She was so warm, friendly and genuinely made this shopping experience a delight. That is my perspective for what it's worth as a chaperone who was doing my best to make this a positive and smooth experience for the senior. Taissa went above and beyond. I also asked the senior on the way back what she thought and she agreed the service was excellent. The senior ended up with a couple of items she really liked and felt comfortable in, even wearing one out the store! (After we paid for it, hah). I would definitely recommend this store for the quality items and excellence of the staff.

We went to shop there on monday around 6pm-ish. A lady with black glasses was helping us all the way and we selected around 20 swim wear items. The lady came to us checking on us and we were very impressed until she kept getting agitated and pushing us to keep our selected items on the “cash area”. We didnt understand since we were still selecting and my wife was pregnant and had to wear 3 different sizes. We let her take our selected items to the designated “cash area”. When my wife was done trying we went to pay for all our things but she kept all of them back. We were really upset and my wife was holding back tears since it was so hard for her to try everything while being pregnant. We told her that we wanted those things but she was so rude and did not care. Later she said “i want to sell you my things why dont i want to sell you my items”. She argued and said everything instead of apologizing. She seemed like she was the manager there because she was ordering everyone. I get it, you guys have to close the store but a customer is a customer and I would have appreciated some nice customer service. Arguing and saying all the bad words instead of apologizing. Instead of her an asian lady and a girl in white top said sorry to us while we were leaving and they were genuinely sincere and felt bad about what happened to my wife. Completely ashamed of who people keep managers nowadays. She was wearing black glasses so i would appreciate if any higher manager than her could assist her what customer service is or hire right people.
