“My wedding dress was extremely dirty on the bottom as the morning of my wedding it was raining. Luckily the sun came out for my ceremony and pictures. However, the bottom of my dress was water stained, muddy, and just dirty from being dragged all over wet ground and leaves. I brought it in and the owner was so nice and reassuring. To my delight he said he was able to get the dress cleaned! Just picked up the dress and it is like new! He was the lowest price I could find in the city. Great deal! He provided provided efficient and honest service with a smile!”

On Saturday I picked my jacket up and they did a fantastic job stitching up my jacket! I was extremely happy and it only cost me $25! I highly recommend George’s Cleaners.”

“This is my go to dry cleaner! I’ve been coming here for about six years now. My doctors all come here, so I figured if they trust this place, I can trust it too and they’ve never disappointed me. I’ve brought in winter jackets, comforters, and regular clothing for dry cleaning. I've also had clothing fixed n hemmed and I’ve always been happy with how everything comes back. They are definitely on the higher end price wise, but for the quality and trust, it’s worth it to me.”

“I used their laundry service while stayed at a hotel here and it was amazing. Everything was picked up and delivered to me the same day at a much lower price than the hotel. The clothes were neatly folded, and they hung and pressed the shirts separately for no extra charge. I also asked them to use unscented soap because of my skin sensitivity and they remembered and clarified it again the next time too. On top of that the communication and customer service were exceptional. Malia, the manager/owner was extremely sweet and accommodating. I’ll definitely be using them again next time I’m in Vancouver, thank you! 🙏💛💛”

“I visited this laundromat during New Year’s because my washing machine broke. This was one of two laundromats I tried in the area, and I had a good experience here. The staff is very nice, especially the lady who helps with change—she’s efficient and even offers to exchange your unused coins back into cash, which is super convenient. While they don’t have Wi-Fi, the prices are lower compared to other nearby laundromats. The machines are a bit older, but they work really well. They’re efficient, fast, and clean clothes thoroughly. I didn’t use the dryers since my dryer at home was still working, but I was happy with how clean my clothes and towels came out. Overall, it was a good experience! I want to address some of the one-star reviews I’ve seen here. It’s important to be fair when evaluating a business. Yes, the machines here are a bit older, but the owner keeps the prices lower than other laundromats, which offsets that. The machines are efficient and work well, so you’re still getting good value. Running a laundromat is no small feat, and offering affordable services is a real help to many in the community. Instead of being overly critical, let’s appreciate that there’s a budget-friendly option available for those who need it. If affordability is important to you, this laundromat is a great choice.”

“The owner of the premises told us we couldn't wash the clothes ourselves but he would wash and dry them for $20. I saw a sign that said $15 unfolded and asked for that, which he was in agreement to. I paid cash. He said to come back in 2 hours and gave us a receipt. The washing was ready in this time frame. The washing was clean and scenty. Compared to the large hotels it is a good, reliable service.”
