We were there today, and the staff — especially Chris — took a lot of time for us. They let us try everything and explained each individual fragrance in detail. The atmosphere was super relaxed, with no time pressure and no feeling of being pushed to make a purchase. A wonderful store with amazing staff.

Staff were professional and polite. Parking isn't always easy to find in Gastown. I love my new fragrance Le Labo Santal 33
