Room was amazing! Service was exceptional! Every little detail looked after, staff were exceptionally welcoming, provided fantastic recommendations, went way above and beyond even for the small asks! Location is great, lots of excellent dining and rings to do within walking distance! Will for sure return and stay here again!

Great location in downtown Vancouver. Staff was excellent. Very interested in ensuring we had a positive experience. Room was smaller and darker than I would have liked. Will stay there again and work with reservations people to end up in a room that is a better fit.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a convenient central location. Quiet and clean. The front desk staff were fabulous - so friendly and extremely helpful.
