The staff are courteous, professional, always wanting to help. Property is in a great location, and the food was about average. The rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but quiet and clean.

I tend to be very picky with hotels but my stay at Loden was beyond my expectations. Wonderful service, I would’ve given it 6 stars! Room is modern, clean, and spacious. Will definitely stay here again!
