I have had $5.00 voucher serval time for points or birthdays emailed to me.A couple of weeks ago I went to the store & asked store manager to help claim the $5.00 . He said I am off come tomorrow.I work so yesterday I went & spoke to a lady supervisor after wasting my time & going through on line to apply for it which took a long time she said your voucher is expired call the customer service call Centre. Last year exact same thing happened & the call Centre customer service was very rude & yeld at me.I told this lady yesterday what happend.This is just a game london drug is playing.If the manager was helping a couple of weeks ago the voucher would not expire.Not every one is good with this new tech. We seniors do not know that.Awful game playing & unacceptable customer service.I live 4 blocks from this store & I have been shopping for the last 23 years here. Very disappointed.

hadn’t been here in a couple years, stopped by to try to get my AirPods case fixed. Store feels significantly improved with a bunch of self check out machines & changes to the layout. Great help with my AirPods case too, really helpful staff member ! I have had a ton of good helpful nice staff here

These include sweets, drinks, and general household medicines.There are multiple stores in downtown Vancouver, each with a slightly different selection of products.

Extremely rude staff- was literally pushed aside by a staff member named jaspreet when trying to let customer service know I was brushed off even though he mentioned witnessing the entire interaction - good thing there is a shoppers just as close by won’t be coming into a London drugs anytime soon

Oh my god!If you want to see a real angel, come to this place and go for Karim B.He is in the tech station and will support you like a real father!Wish to see more people like him who enjoy what they do and truly make changes

Unreliable photo lab. Staff has no idea what theyre doing. Theyre kiosk and online systems dont work and the staff do not make an effort to fix it. Waste of 2 hours. Better off to go to staples to get your photos printed.

One of worst customer service you can receive at a chain drugstore. Some of staff working on the floor are absolutely clueless and aloof. Especially had an appalling experience with a staff, a middle aged short Indian guy working there. His name starts with Sh or something. This guy is so rude and arrogant. He should be really reprimanded and trained if he wants to keep his job, although seems helpless. I’ve switched shopping to other stores. Definitely not recommending this store. ???

I love this location. It is small and limited in stock, but the staff are always very helpful. The pharmacy staff are exceptional as well.

Mark was beyond personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable during my, along with a few other customers’, visit to the Photolab earlier today. I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a delight to converse with. All in all, a gem of a human being and I hope he is recognized as such!

Disgraceful, no care for customers or service. I have a script for an off the shelf product but the chemist says he is too busy till tomorrow to dispense it though he is happy to stand at the counter and tell me to come back tomorrow, not possible as I leave for a cruise early am, I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Their pharmacy is horrible. I went there to get Dexcom G6 10 days free trial kit. I got one for my mother a year ago from a Dunbar location, and they were super helpful. Today I went there to get one for my dad. Both pharmacists were clueless and didn’t know what to do. The asian lady kept insisting that they NEVER HAD it and were implying that I lied about the free trial. She said that “I have many Dexcom, but you have to pay me”. After wasting my time and arguing with me, I insisted that they call Dunbar. Turns out they no longer offer the trial, but they indeed had it. Instead of explaining the situation, she came back with a smug face and said that they don’t have it.AWFUL customer service and clueless pharmacists.

Main issue at this location is that discounted items are not entered into the system, so when using their absolutely horrible self-checkout the sale price doesn't appear. This has happened the last 5/7 times I've been to this location and I've had to then go through a very lengthy process by which everyone seems clueless, which means going to customer service then holding the entire line up for up to 10 mins while 2-3 staff members try and rectify the issue. Never a smile or apology either. Just wished to also add the London Drugs must have purchased the absolute cheapest self check-out system there is, it's painfully slow, tells you you have 'unexpected items in bagging area' when you clearly do not, leaves you feeling frustrated and annoyed. Gonna pass on this place from now on.
