They don't honor their Performance Quality guarantee. Apparently loose threads on a new item is considered normal wear and tear. The BBB rating attached explains it all

Good selection here for men and women but lack of staff lately. There used to be way more staff to help you find sizes and styles, not sure what happened, if they fired people but I wanted more help. Still found what I wanted although remember these are Lulu prices. Their items are quality though.
