Had an issue with the staff there that told me the wrong information about their return policy.
I specifically asked about a material that looks like it would shrink in the dryer and she told me that I could return it if I find any issues. I specifically asked that since I wanted to test it if it would shrink, I would have to take the tags off and put it in the dryer, obviously and she told me that I could still return it.
Found out the next day that it is not the case.

I’ve been a die-hard Lululemon customer for over 20 years, dropping thousands on their overpriced gear. I own every color of their Surge Joggers, and for the first time, I needed help with an exchange—something I’ve never done in two decades. The drawstring on a nearly unworn pair broke, so I went to the store expecting basic customer service. What did I get? Absolutely nothing.
They refused to help and coldly directed me to their online form—surprise, that was declined too. After 20 years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, this is how they treat their customers? They can’t even exchange a pair of sweatpants that cost $150 a year and a half later? Pathetic.
Lululemon clearly doesn’t care about quality or standing behind their products anymore. If this is how they treat loyal customers, no one should bother wasting their money here. Their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is a joke. I’m done with this brand for good, and I’d strongly suggest everyone else reconsider supporting this company that clearly doesn’t give a damn about their customers.
Then to put salt in the wound they call a week later and offer a $25 gift card towards a replacement pair that cost $150 as a “solution”. How about you just replace the pants!? Unreal.

Most of the staff were amazing except for the fitting room girl with a darker skin who seem to hate her customers, kept complaining to other staff and basically throw the clothes at me.

It may feel small compared to other stores, but it is located in Pacific Center, so you can check out other stores. The staff is friendly, but there are not many products.

My friend gave me a pant as a gift. I found out it is too big for me. I would like do an exchange. The purchase made within 30 days with the receipt. The store manager refuse to do exchange for me only because the pant doesn’t have tag on. I probably will never shop in this store anymore.

Amazing customer service
I went in to exchange a broken bag without a receipt. I exchanged it no problem and the cashier was so nice and helpful. Best shopping experience ever!

I think the staff at Lulu are generally amazing! Except for this one lady who did not let me in the store and kinda closed the door on my face cuz I arrived at 7:59pm 1 minute before closing which is usually totally understandable except my friend was already inside the store n needed help exchanging an item I got for her for her bday. The lady didn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation and just kept making sure the door was locked. My friend had to talk to me through the glass window door and over the phone which I feel like was kinda unnecessary and ridiculous. It would have made my friend get out the store faster if they just let me in w her. I just came later cuz I had to find parking.

Staff at pacific centre are nice and very accommodating. They help me right away without hesitation and go above and beyond and expectations. So if you want to shop at Lululemon go to pacific centre store and you will not waste single minutes of your time. The staff name Devon is very helpful.
