The quality promise is pretty bad now. I had pants from June- September 2023 and they wouldn’t replace or help me. I even asked where they recommend going or getting things fixed if they can’t help and no response. Definitely won’t be dropping the 100’s on clothes like I used to.

First time ordering online from Lululemon. Arrived open, cut through, and coated in a dirt/dust with hairs (looked used?). When paying $100+ for a single jacket, I’d hope for something a bit better quality. Won’t be ordering again!

I want to give a special shoutout to Mackenzie, she was an educator who helped me find the right size and style for the products I was interested in. She was super knowledgable and I just haven't had an experience that good in a while! Will be doing more in-store shopping at Lululemon:)

Usually love this place and own a lot of their products (shorts, shirts, jackets etc). So super disappointed to go in today, because my old Lulu rain jacket was no longer waterproof, and the sales person on the floor of the men's side put all her effort into avoiding helping me. So after 10mins I left and dropped $$$ at Arc’teryx on a jacket and some warm layers. There, they actually wanted to help me. I'm dry now, happy with Arc’teryx but really disappointed in Lulu.

Really disappointing experience, as I brought in a pair of Pacebreaker shorts I had bought 2 years ago that were now coming apart in multiple areas. I was told that Lululemon only backs their clothing to last for a single year and that my shorts, despite being only two years old were now too old to be repaired.
I'm very disappointed to hear that a Vancouver-based company like Lululemon has such an unenvironmentally friendly policy in place. I will certainly no longer be buying my athletic clothing here and will opt for another company that cares more for the earth.

I had an amazing experience at this store, Pierre was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable, he got me fitted from head to toe, in colours and sizes that I liked.

Worst Experience: They Sold My Reserved and Paid-for Item to Another Customer and Didn’t Cancel in Time, Wasting My Trip!!
I ordered one item online for in-store pickup at the Kitsilano location and was assured my order would be ready within two hours. After waiting almost two months for this item to be restocked, I placed my order just minutes after the store opened.
However, when I drove over an hour to pick it up, I was told that my reserved item had been sold to another customer hours ago. To make matters worse, I received no prior notification of the cancellation, and my order was only canceled after I arrived at the store.
As a long-time loyal customer, this experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue shopping at Lululemon. Customer service should be a priority, and sadly, that was not reflected in this situation.😡

I am so confused by this store, are the employees told to never say no or did I just get a super people-pleasing staff?
I came in to check out an item I saw online . Staff were awesome and helpful. The item was not available in store - no problem. Then I asked if I could just pay for it with other stuff I planned on buying in-store (another store I visited recently offered and did that for me).
The girl goes - yes, I can sell you a gift card and you can buy it online. Then I asked again, and she says yes - you can use my cellphone and your credit card to buy it...super frustrating. Just say no.
I would not have gotten angry or frustrated if she said no - its ok to say no, if its not something your store does.
I hope this is not a store policy to never say 'no', because it was super unhelpful.
It would have been ok if she said no and I had to buy it online at home, it was just that the employee that helped was so awesome I wanted to give the sale to the store.

Customer service doesn’t exist here. We went to the store on a Saturday late afternoon. It wasn’t busy and we stayed like 20mins. All staff completely ignored us and chatted with each other. I went to the park royal location the other day and the staff were super helpful and friendly there.

I recently had an issue with a water bottle I purchased from Lululemon that had a persistent bad smell. Despite my best efforts to clean and disinfect it, the problem continued. When I reached out to Lululemon, they responded promptly and suggested I visit one of their stores.
Although I missed their call, I went to one of their stores (W 4th ave) and received exceptional service. They quickly replaced my bottle, and I am very pleased with the outcome.
Initially, I was quite upset and didn’t expect such thorough follow-up and support. I was truly surprised and delighted by the level of customer service provided and how well they handled the situation.
Thank you, Lululemon, for your outstanding support and for turning a negative experience into a very positive one. I highly recommend their products and customer service.
