Love the staffs and their products. Especially AZ she really stood out to me when it comes to customer service, she told me what she recommended and her experience with the product. Definitely would come back to this location again :). The products are great for my sensitive skin :). I bought some to start my New Years :).

I left work early because I was having a rough day. Decided to do some shopping (not my usual Lush store), for some much needed relaxation products. I was helped by Az (really hoping I spelled that right!). Az was extremely kind and helpful and honestly made my day a million times better. All the lush employees are generally kind but Az was exceptionally kind and just super down to earth and easy to talk to. I really recommend this location! I’ll definitely be back this store :)

I had a fantastic experience at Lush, thanks to Setareh! She was incredibly kind, provided all the information I needed, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Did an employee really just try to gaslight me?
Trying to forget my experience but I was treated extremely poorly, the person was rude af and asked questions/spoke to me like I was doing something wrong and tried to gaslight me. I worked in retail for many yrs and there were so many ways to approach that situation, this was not it. The staff here need to be retrained, I will be speaking to someone about it 10000%. AVOID do not recommend going here (unless you're into that kinda thing) there's a better location a few mins up the street!

This store despite of being small is the greatest store in Vancouver, I've been here hundreds of times and the quality of service is incredible. The dedication of their staff is commendable, not only they know their products well but give you options out of the box like creating small gift bundles (very useful for Christmas season). Their creativity is what's make this place great +the products that they have are amazing!

Super polite staff who are willing to help you with products if you aren’t familiar. I spent 5 minutes and had the wife’s whole stocking stuffed with a variety of soaps and moisturizers. Thanks Pacific Centre Lush Team!!
