I had recently visited and had an incredible experience, even though I didn’t make a purchase. The employees were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to buy, but I walked away with a much better understanding of what to look for in a diamond. I started shopping for an engagement ring to surprise my girlfriend.
Not being able to find what I wanted at other jewellers, I went to Spence, & their consultant Cheyenne was able to help me build exactly what I wanted during my first visit, both in terms of style, as well as the qualuty I was hoping for.
Now, both my fiancée & I are excited to deal with Cheyenne & Spence again for our upcoming wedding bands!!

Very pushy and high pressure sales. Barrage of long texts that were pretty offensive. When I told him our $4000 budget he told me to go buy a ring from alibaba instead. Much nicer experiences and better price point at other local jewellers. Avoid this place unless you want to pay double to triple and be told that their diamonds are soooo much better than any other place. Let’s be honest as to why their prices are actually inflated: an expensive storefront and the significant amount of marketing they have to do.

Spence and their associate Mercedes, ruined my well planned Cabo engagement by having the ring I ordered well in advance arrive the day after I was leaving to Mexico. Planning an engagement is stressful enough let alone dealing with the unprofessionalism experienced at this over priced store. Would not recommend anyone to shop here, you can find better deals and proper customer service elsewhere. I’m only writing this review to warn others so they do not experience the same nightmare of a ruined engagement from this establishment. It was my mistake to trust such a special moment with Spence.

I am 44 years awesome and I do believe that I have been buying exclusively from Spence for over 20 years.
I was made to not be welcome at some other jewelry stores back then with a budget of about $200 of hard earned money. Ian then, and Mercedes now, found budget-appropriate options for me and my wife. There is no ceiling to how much or how little you can spend, but there is no compromise on quality in either case.
As our budget has risen, we still find respect and helpfulness from Mercedes. Spence has all tiers of products and there is no quality lacking at all.
By treating me like a person the first time, I am a loyal customer with 3 accounts, I think.
Thank you for being the jewelry store for everyone. That is why at any price I will come back again and again.
